I feel very good about having chosen to work with Window Mart on my home. They are knowledgeable, honest, courteous and offer high-quality products at affordable prices They're just good at what they do. After having had them install one set of windows one year, we had them do the rest of the house the next. The results have been fantastic.

Everything that was promised was delivered. Love my triple pained windows and the care of installation! After a phone call to check if a certain sized window was in stock; within a week the window was installed after the window space was increased to twice the original size. The installers were careful and respectful. We will continue with more updated quality window and door updates with Windowmart in the fall.

Wonderful Experience. Nikita came to give us a quote in our home. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he did an excellent job in educating us on the windows. I had a thousand and one questions to which he answered so pateintly,infact he encouraged us to ask more. We had other companys come in and give us quotes but we felt most comfortable with this company from the experience we had. We changed our minds twice about a couple of windows and it was all sorted without making us feel like we were trouble. Went to the showroom to sign the contract and again all the time was taken with us to explain everything and not make us feel rushed. Highly recommend Nikita if you are thinking about replacing your windows

June 9 Our house is 30 years old with wood windows. So it's time to replace them. We contacted 3 window companies in Edmonton including Window Mart. The other two companies came to do a quick measurement and quoted us a price to replace the wood windows with vinyl windows. I have no idea what I will be getting. Then a gentleman named Michael from Window Mart came. He showed us a "sample" (a cut out corner of the real window) of what we will be getting (triple pane, argon filled, low E etc.) and even showed us the "casement" cranking mechanism. He then measured all our windows and discussed with us the total cost. To our surprise, the cost is a lot better than the other 2 companies. Then came the installation. They sent two to four people to install all our windows. They worked from around 9 a.m. to about 9 p.m. everyday for more than a week! We are very impressed by their professional work.They are very serious in what they are doing. They are also very accommodating when we asked them to install some trimmings in some interior windows not specified in the contract. Overall, we are very very happy with our new windows. We have no hesitation to recommend Window Mart if you are thinking of replacing your windows. N.B. I am not paid to write these comments. I simply want to show our appreciation to Window Mart. Sunny

Salesperson was very good friendly and easy to deal with. Then came installation, they did an ok job but there was problems as soon as they were done. They were suppose to be here only for the day, they didn't finish until 11 pm and if I didn't say anything they would have left my house without installing my door handles. How can you just leave a house like that. They argued about the installation of my patio door as I wanted it to open the opposite way it original was opening and had indicated to our salesperson. It wasn't until I woke up my husband that they started to listen. Contacted them about the fixes that needed to be corrected after the first few weeks, they sent someone out and they just put a piece of foam on the bottom of my door to fill the gap. Weather destroyed that foam in two weeks. They are all nice and friendly when they take your money and before install, after that its all down hill from there. Patio door started to not lock anymore, they came out to fix that and has been working ever since. Made a further appointment to fix the gap in the front door only for them to miss both appointment times and then proceed to yell at me when they show up 2 hours late that I didn't answer the door right away. Maybe a phone call stating that they were running behind would have been nice, I was working in my backyard as they has missed the appointment time how am I to know that they were going to show up. Called them to complain about the service I have received and got a half hearten apology and that we understand and then that was it. No further follow up.
