Terrible experience. Installers showed up late, no work got done, and I had to waste a full day off work. I was never told the door would come without knobs or that gaps would be left on the floor. One window is still in limbo with no install date even though all measurements were taken the same day. Salesman Chris Calero misled me about manufacturing - they DO NOT own manufacturing company as he told me, they are like most impact windows and doors company, they depend on another company to make windows/doors and management was condescending. There was no communication of the process and it caused more delays.
