Communication was extremely poor, nonexistent really, after having an estimator come by. After emails, text, phone calls to the mainline 3 times, I still could not get someone to call back or even get the estimate for entire house replaced with windows. You'd think they would be interested in replacing over 25 windows. Pfffttttt. Could only imagine what customer service would be when *** installed and issues arise. Brutal!

I had 5 windows and 1 patio door installed by Green Fox. From the first time to get quote to installation and today inspection of work by company employee *** , I cant say enough about the good quality of windows and the wonderful workmanship of all the employees in installing and cleanup etc. I am a very happy customer. Our Greenfox window installation was a success. The installation team did an excellent job this week: *** and *** arrived exactly when they said they would each day, were unfailingly courteous and professional, communicated clearly, and were hard-working in their efforts.They walked us through the operation of the windows and the minor issues of the install, worked around the weather issues and were obviously skilled and knowledgeable, which gives us great confidence in your product.The windows appear to be an excellent product, are physically attractive, and will hopefully give us years of good service.

Door is beautiful. Project Manager *** was very pleasant and professional. Repair Tech Rommel was professional and did a very good job returning 6 weeks later to remove the sloppy caulking left behind by the installer. Their customer service is poor, as I had to make several calls to receive my invoice/receipt and warranty . 7 weeks later and I am just now being told that the delay in the warranty card relates to the government grant *** Again, this should have been shared with me at the time of install, and at the very least, not 7 weeks after repeated phone calls. In good conscience, I CANNOT give this company a high recommendation.

I received an advertisement in the mail stating I would receive 40% off with 0% financing for windows install. I contacted Greenfox and they stated yes I would receive 40% off with an install for *** weeks. This is completely false advertising. *** came to my home and gave me a quote $3500 more than the other quotes I received from other reputable window companies and then told me the quote included the discount, which was not showing on the quote. I cancelled an order with another company thinking that Greenfox was a reputable company when in fact they are not. $10,000 for new windows is absolutely ridiculous. Don't waste your time with them.

I needed one last window in our house. The old one leaked. Met with their representative in July and he quoted me pricing, window type and an arrival date of late October. The window came in ahead of time (by three weeks) and the quality of the window is exceptional. The installation had problems that were solved at the time with no fuss. The *** were courteous, clean, respectful of our environment, COVD adherent, and a pleasure to get to know. If you're thinking of replacing a window(s) or door(s) and multiples of either, then this is the company. Pricing is reasonable, workmanship superior quality, and the staff are so pleasant and polite that this whole process was a pleasure for our family.

I ordered 20 windows from Greenfox Windows and am very happy with the results. *** was my ***. He was very familiar with the product line and able to clarify and advise on window style decisions. He was quick to return my calls or texts. *** led the installation team. He was very knowledgeable, polite and professional, and they finished installing all of the windows on time in-spite of some very wet weather. They did a great job of cleaning up as much as possible inside and out before they left. There are a couple of little things that need to be tended to, but an installation review appointment has been set, and I have great confidence that these things will be dealt with to my satisfaction.

My experience with Greenfox was nothing but excellent. When I contacted them about a quote they were extremely helpful. For the first time ever every time I asked a question or was told about something they do the experience got better. There was never the feeling of, oh no not another expense or issue. They offer a *** product and offered it at a price that was very reasonable and affordable, especially with the long term financing. We replaced 19 windows with 17 and they accomplished that in 3 and 1/2 days. The work was first rate and very thorough. The installers worked steadily and tackled any issues with ease and professionalism. I can not say enough about the experience an dthe staff at Greenfox, Great Job all around!

We had 5 windows and a door installed with Greenfox this year, Vlad was great to work with from the beginning and we had no issues when the install was completed. It did take quite a few months to get everything done as they had a few setbacks but we expected that in the middle of a pandemic. They called us often to update on the status of the order or any delays. The windows are triple pane (installed in one day) and we are looking forward to the difference in the house since the old windows were the originals from ***. The door also seals very well. We will be ordering a new storm door from them in the near future as well. The gentleman that came to inspect was also very nice and checked every window to be sure they were all good. We highly recommend them.

This is my odessey in dealing with GreenFox:- Six sets of windows were installed on Oct 18, 2021.- There was on defective screen but it has not been replaced or I was informed of the expected delivery date after 3-1/2 months.- There was not sufficient manpower/equipment to install the biggest window (140" x 60") and it almost fell at one instance during the installation struggle. Most probably, a 1" x 1/2" dent was made on the frame during the installation and it was found out during the post-installation inspection (not proactively reported to me).- The abovementioned dent was not professionally patched and finished. More than one requests for rectification were not responded with a scheduled re-work date.- One of the installed window was later found to be not meeting the energy saving specification as agreed in the contract. Since 2021-12-21, more than one requests for rectification/compensation proposal were made but not responded by the concerned project manager, not even an email or a call.This review is worthy of your reference and serves as my last request/reminder to GreenFox.

RUDE - Crew was next door doing windows and blocked my driveway with their trailer - when asked them to move it - were argumentive, refused to move it - and told me they would only be a few hours and I wasn't going anywhere anyway - how on earth would they know that? Did not care about the *** bylaw - threatened to sue me when I took a picture of the truck and trailer blocking my driveway! Yup - threatened to sue me because one of the guys was standing there and would have been in the picture. And only when I complained to the company and asked for a *** to intervene, did they move it. When I later went out my side door and they were doing the window on that side of my neighbours home - challenged me what I was doing now... and began to verbally harass me again - laughing and mocking me - I can't go out my side door of my own home? And told me that even though I complained to the Company, nothing was going to happen to them - the *** was only coming to pacify me... I sent pictures of the trailer blocking my driveway to the company email as requested by the gal who answered my call to the company (who was very professional...) but have not received a reply or apology... They were frankly agressive and disrespectful - Not a good representation of a company...

They assured me January install. I had to call 4 months later because they compleatly forgot me, even with $500 down. Finally they installed door in March, but compleatly destroyed my glass storm door. Stripped screws, missing hardware, broken hydraulic. They also failed to install door hardware properly, the deadbolt would not work.The storm door only opened halfway. I was out of town, so they snuck this past my wife. My wife, (Who is 6 months pregnant), and my toddler had to struggle with this until I came back home. I called them Friday morning with pictures and they did not even call me back till Monday at 3. I understand that a reinstall ay not go as intended, but to purposely hide that fact is not very professionalDefinitely not going to get windows through this company. The sad thing is, the door is actually installed very well, but everything else was a terrible experience. Management needs to get organized as they are clearly a mess. I ended up hiring a different door company as I do not trust Green Fox to get it fixed in a timely manner.

H I am writing this comment for healthy reasons and partly regarding the service aspect. Greenfox promised when they would bring the vinyl windows the toxic vinyl would be 100% off gazed because this issue had been discussed prior because I have severe sensitivities to these kinds of toxins. That was not the case. When I entered the house the air flow was so toxic I felt I was going to pass out and had to get out quick. After contacting them they mentioned it would be gone soon. I could not come back for over 2 months and still off gazing occurred and would have to leave. I had made it very clear how sensitive I was towards these kind of toxic materials. Greenfox lied to us, this vinyl had not been off gazed at all. They showed no concern and no understanding of how much I became ill. If I would have not left I would have ended in the hospital with toxic poisoning. Exposing these toxins to children and anyone is very dangerous to the lungs and weakens the immune system, it can be deadly for some people. Greenfox totally avoided and ignored the important step of off gazing the vinyl for the amount of time it needed to be completely free of fumes. Please be careful of companies like Greenfox that dont care of how much these kinds of toxins will harm and make people sick, to the point of ending *** in the hospital with a severe toxicity which is poisoning your body. And, to you Greenfox I am very disappointed the way you come to peoples homes and present a review of how the company proceeds and present a review of how you take your work seriously. Well, this time you failed and I became ill and had to leave my home. I hope you will make sure the important step to off gazed the vinyl and and fumes free is done before someone ends up with toxicity poisoning.

Had a major window installed by Green Fox. They installed it with a broken seal. Took 16 months to replace window. Asked for compensation for the delay. Was promised compensation, but they only gave me partial payment. Try to contact them to keep their promise and commitment, no answer. They like to take your money, but after that, nothing! I give them a 0 rating.
