This place has the worst possible service
This place has the worst possible service. I have been calling for two months to get them back here to fix the issue of mold iand they will not return my call. I would never ever use them again.
We had a porch converted to a sunroom and once installed the product looked great BUT that was a year and half ago and we're still working on getting leaks resolved. Reasons for rating them poorly -- 1. Extremely difficult to schedule them to check out a problem -- usually weeks in advance. 2. Once you're lucky enough to get an appointment they have a tendency to postpone OR 3. NEVER show up on time nor call to say they'll be late. 4. Once the problem is confirmed it takes weeks to get the work actually done I would NEVER recommend this company but if you do good luck on them getting it right the first time because like I said earlier it's been a year and a half since install and we're still waiting to get it right. They're currently scheduled to come out today to replace four windows but they are now an hour overdue and no phone call -- typical.
This place is terrible
This place is terrible. They will still charge fees upon receipt of the 'notice of cancellation' document that states it holds customers harmless for 3 business days following the signing of the remodeling agreement. It's a nightmare attempting to get those funds back.

Statewide did a great job in our bathroom remodel. It took longer than expected to complete but workmanship was fantastic. Only issue we have experienced was plumbing under newly installed sinks. Plumber was hard to schedule but when he came out problem was addressed. All technicians were very courteous and I'd give a shout out to Michelle who answers the phone and does all the contacting to plumbers and supervisors. Overall I would recommend this company.
