Great service, very professional, highly recommend. I hired Nationwide Tree Service, LLC to take care of some tree troubles in my yard, and boy, am I glad I did! They did a fantastic job from start to finish. The crew arrived on time and got straight to work. They were super efficient and knew exactly what they were doing. It was clear that they had a lot of experience in tree care. They trimmed the branches with precision and skill, making sure not to damage any surrounding structures. They also cleaned up all the debris afterwards, leaving my yard looking neat and tidy. I was really impressed with their professionalism throughout the whole process. The team was friendly and courteous, answering all my questions and addressing any concerns I had. They even gave me some helpful tips on how to maintain the health of my trees. I couldn't be happier with the results. My yard looks amazing now, thanks to Nationwide Tree Service, LLC. If you're in need of tree services, I highly recommend giving them a call. I never been more happy from start to finish. So much knowledge and professionalism. The ladies in the office are really nice and helpful, the estimators know what they're talking about and the crews are really efficient!

I needed to get some estimates for removing two limbs from a tree. So, I reached out to Nationwide Tree Service. The guy who came to my house didn't even bother knocking on the door. He just left an estimate for $3,000.00, but luckily there was a coupon for 25% off, bringing the total down to $2250.00. Can you believe it? I got another estimate for the exact same service, and it was only $540! That's a huge difference!

I was really happy with the whole experience from the first call to the final clean up. Every time they were on time or early. They finished the removal quickly and did a great job from beginning to end. The office, the estimator, and the crew were all really good and worked well together.

I hired Nationwide Tree Service to take out 9 cherry trees that were dead and 2 big branches from an Oak tree. The Oak tree was a bit tricky because it was close to the septic system and on a steep hill, making it hard to remove the branches. Thankfully, the septic system didn't get damaged. However, the hill got all messed up with deep tracks from the tractor. They didn't bother to level it out or plant any new seeds. All they did was throw some straw on it. I had to hire a professional landscaper to fix the hill and plant new seeds. The same thing happened on the other hill where the cherry trees were removed. It's just a big mess of mud and straw now.

Nationwide Tree Service is a grate company. The crew did a grate job triming the tree in my yard and removing 6 bushes in the front of my house. They came early, they were professional, kind, and cleaned up all the debris in my yard, in front of the house and on the street. I also had 6 stumps removed. The stump grinding crew came the next day and did a grate job removing the stump, filling the holes, and smoothing out the soil. My lawn is ready to seed and I can plan the landscaping now. I will definitely refer Nationwide Tree Service to family, friends, and neighbors. Thanks Nationwide for a job well-done!

I just had a really bad experience with this tree service company. One of their female employees was extremely rude and didn't give me the right information. I called to get a quote for tree removal while they were trimming my neighbor's trees. The first person I talked to said they would send someone to evaluate the tree, but then they changed their story and said the crew leader would talk to me. Since the tree removal team was already at my place, I thought it would be easier. But the crew came into my fenced yard, cut off tree branches, and didn't even talk to me. I called the company again and they were rude to me once more. I told them I was concerned that the crew leader didn't contact me like they said earlier, and the female employee said she would send someone to evaluate the tree. I told her that's not what I was told when I called at 8am, but I said to send them anyway. Then she said they didn't need my business. When I asked for her name and manager, she hung up on me. It's surprising to find out that this is the same behavior that was complained about on the ComplaintsBoard.com website. This female employee really needs to take her medication and improve her customer service skills.

I got an estimate ($3000) from Austin to remove a big oak tree in my backyard. He said they could do the job without a crane, which was great because I didn't want a crane messing up my plants and flowers. But when they came to do the work, they said they needed a crane and it would cost an extra $2800. They also had to postpone the work. Sergio got really aggressive with my elderly neighbor about the new price (we're splitting the costs - the tree is on the property line), and she got really upset. I was worried about her because of her age and health. She felt like she was being taken advantage of and was really upset. When I talked to Sergio myself, I realized he doesn't know how to talk to people nicely, he's just aggressive and can't see the bigger picture. Jorge, his brother, showed up late but was also really aggressive about the fact that we had to pay double the price now. He didn't offer any solutions or show any willingness to compromise or understand our point of view. He argued a lot when we asked them to honor the original price quote. Later, I talked to the owner John, who was thankfully polite about it, but he also wouldn't honor the original price quote. It seems like this business has some problems internally (Jorge told me the people who do the estimates don't know anything about trees, and he was really mad about that), and they pass these problems on to their customers.

I asked Jorge if he would apologize to my neighbor on behalf of the company for his brother's aggressive attitude (his brother and the rest of the crew had already left, going the wrong way down our one-way street). He seemed unsure, then turned around and walked away, eager to leave and not deal with the damage.

John told me that 99% of the time they get the estimates right. If it were my business, I would honor the estimate and take a loss if necessary 1% of the time. There are tax write-offs for that. Clearly, customer service is not a priority for this company.

I found another tree company that just took the tree down without a crane, and it cost less than what Nationwide originally quoted. They were really careful, they put plywood on the shed roof to protect it, and they brought the branches down one by one with a pulley system. I highly recommend NOT using Nationwide.

I don't usually think of landscaping companies as tree removal companies, but my friend recommended them and I'm really happy with their work and the price. They took down and hauled away a huge 80-year-old white oak tree between 2 houses and 2 sheds.

Nationwide Tree Service came to my yard on April 16th to remove some trees. Unfortunately, during the process, they ended up damaging six perfectly healthy trees. Ed O and I signed a document acknowledging the damage and agreeing that his company would remove any trees that died as a result. Sadly, three trees have already perished - one last year and two this April. Ed did remove the tree that died last year, but he is refusing to take responsibility for one of the two trees that died this year. I have the signed document as proof, yet he still refuses to honor it. It's quite disappointing that he is not upholding his end of the contract, which is why I feel compelled to share this report with you.

On 7/6/2022, Nationwide Tree Service was cuttin 2 massive pine trees in our neighbor's yard. They stood on our property and cut the trees without takin our permission; they let all the branches fall on our trees and in our beds. They completely destroyed our 30-40 year old Dogwood tree, 3 year old Crepe Myrtle, and several plants in our beds. We asked them to not be on our property, and requested them several times to be respectful of our plants, but they paid no attention and continued droppin the branches in our yard, and backin the bulldozer into our tree and plants. Today my neighbor had a tree removed from their backyard. They hired "Nationwide Tree Service" from Pasedena MD to do the job. While they were removing the tree, a big trunk fell on our fence and wrecked a big part of it. We reached out to the company to ask for their insurance details. The call got passed around from one person to another until the owner got on the line. He refused to give us the insurance information and got mad at my wife for asking. Instead, they said they would send their "maintenance guy" to check out the damages and fix them as they see fit. We have proof on my ring camera video that the damage was caused by their carelessness, and we also have several pictures of the damages and their company trucks. Can someone please help us out?

The tree guy showed up at my place after a big storm and said he'd chop down a tree that was messing with my fence. He also promised to get rid of the stump and fix up the soil. But guess what? He barely did anything and now my yard is a disaster. I already gave him $2500 upfront, but I ain't paying the rest until he finishes the job. I wanna hire another company to do it 'cause the lady at the office was a nightmare. She had the nerve to ask me what kinda worker I wanted and said that her sales guy, "Johnny," was outta the country. It was just awful, man. I can't move forward with any other repairs until this stump situation is sorted out. I've never complained about anything before, and I work in customer service myself. But this is the worst service I've ever seen, tryin' to scam me and my insurance company.

On 8/8/22, Nationwide Tree Service took out a pine tree from our backyard. While doing that, a part of the tree fell on our shed and messed it up. They had a guy named Eric A call us to decide if they should fix the shed or get a new one. We said they could try to fix it. Mr. A said he couldn't find the parts because the shed was too old. So, they decided to replace the old shed that was on an 8x8 wood platform. They replaced the shed between 9/19/22 and 9/23/22. We didn't realize until after they finished and left that they put in an 8x6 shed and didn't tell us they weren't replacing the same size shed that got damaged. We looked it up and found that *** had an 8x8 shed of the same brand as the 8x6 one for just a little more money. Also, the stuff from the shed wasn't put back because it didn't fit in the smaller shed anymore. The guy didn't clean up after himself, he left the box from the new shed and put the old shed parts behind the new shed instead of taking them away. He also made a mess with spilled paint in our driveway that fell from his truck and he walked it onto our driveway and deck. We didn't need any paint for our project, so we don't know why he brought it. At the very least, they should have told us about the smaller shed and let us decide if we agreed or not. We would have said no. We think we should get compensated for the difference in sheds and the company should know that their staff wasn't professional.
