I came into the store and purcahsed a drink, Iced caramel frap and chocolate chip cookie. I only had a one hundred dollar bill. They cancelled the order after I had already paid for the drink with a card. I informed the worker ( Nina) a new employee that I wanted the cookie. I sat dowqn at my labtop and waited for my drink and cookie not realizing that the order had been cancelled. I finally went back to the counter and learned that they cancelled the entire order. Samantha, a 22 year old manager talked so fast, attempting to out talk me. She needs a class on cultural diversity. I was so disgusted I almost did not want to drink my drink.
