Starbucks review: drinks I have ordered

I live by the new starbucks location in olathe so it is very close to me and makes it easy to swing by there on my way to work or home. I go there often and the last few time I have went my drinks have been made incorrectly, yesterday 9/16 I went and ordered a iced caramel cloud macchiato and left the drive thru with my drink and went back to work. Once I got to work I noticed it was a cocoa cloud instead of what I had ordered. Another time it was just a iced caramel macchiato and not a cloud macchiato. This morning I went and got the same drink and there was not a single cube of ice in my iced drink, being in a hurry to get to work I put my own ice in it when I got there. I feel at $6.02 for each of these drinks they should at least be made correctly or maybe the baristas need more training? I even look at the screen to make sure what I ordered is correct and most of the time the order is taken correctly but the drinks are still incorrect which is frustrating. I really do love starbucks and do not want to have to stop going and would like to continue going to the location closest to me.
