I paid for a file cabinet and was told the date of delivery and the item did not show up as promised. I sat home for more than 8 hours and nothing. This company is unable or unwilling to give any indication of when an item will be delivered. This caused me to miss appointments. At the time of this writing, I still do not know when my package (almost $600) will be delivered. Amazon, Wayfair, etc., all have better delivery services. Even Spectrum can give you ball park time. Will never order for home delivery again!

Recommendation: Do not accept home delivery unless you have two days to sit and wait at your house.
