Sunteck MaxxWorld 1: full payment and disputed penalty paid, possession still pending

Sunteck has received ₹56.83 lakh for our MaxxWorld 1 purchase in Naigaon, but we still have no possession as of 16 October 2026. The loan is disbursed, work in the flat is complete, and all demanded amounts are paid. The paperwork caused serious problems. A draft showed zero parking even though we paid for one space; we caught this and it was corrected...
