Stanton Optical review: This is crazy

I've used Stanton for about 4 yrs now and recently had an eye exam .1-I'm diabetic, 2- cataract surgery with 2 diffents lens put in and gave them the cards with the info when I first went. 3 - I went in because of not being able to see out of my glasses anymore. each time a virtual visit, was told last year I needed to be sent to have my lens in my eyes cleaned but never gave me any more details on that. so today I decided I would compare my prescriptions to see how much my eyes had changed. in one eye I was only able to see one letter period. so, when I called to see why my prescription was the same as last year, I was told multiple excuses .my eyes were the same as last years, excuse me but I know better I'm the one looking at things with them. then I was told that in the notes the Doctor had stated that I refused every offer she offered last year and this year? what the heck and I told them I want proof that it was offered and I refused. there should be a recording of this, and I want proof because I have never denied any offers except for the new machine that you have to pay out of pocket for.
