Foster Grant readers
I purchased a pair of Foster Grant readers and found that they were already broken when I unpackaged them. I sent an email to Foster Grant with pictures and the receipt and have not received anything back except now I am receiving adds from Foster Grant at least 2 times a day. The loss was not great, but so tired of companies not caring if consumers are satisfied.

Desired outcome: Money back or replacement for glasses that were broken in their packaging.

Reading glasses
Bought foster grant reading glasses from tesco £15. Normally buy from pound shop but thought if treat myself. One if the screws holding the arm came loose after a week or so. I bought a small screwdriver to tighten but it didn't last more than an hour or so. Picked them up yesterday and the arm fell off screw nowhere to be seen. Tesco won't replace without receipt which I didn't expect to need. Should have stuck to pound shop.
I do have Foster grant Sunglasses which are great but alas not the reading glasses.

I have history purchasing these reading glasses from Foster Grant from Duane Reade/Walgreens. Have done so for many years, due to the convenience. They average about $30 each. More recently, the quality of the glasses has declines significantly. I have thrown out at least 10 pairs just this year. The arms do not last more than 2 weeks, even if you attempt to tighten the screws. These are not $5 glasses and should be made to last longer. I'm not sure what has happened to the quality, but it's dissapointing.
Desired outcome: A refund for the multiple amount of glasses I have purchased would be great.

I’m Bonnie phillips, I’ve bought at least 10 pairs of your glasses at Walgreens or cvs where ever I go I get new ones and ever pair break on me within a week of using them the ear piece breaks of on right ear then left I pay 25.00 dollars for your glasses there the only ones that fit me good and can see good with I get the 325 lenses cause I can see what ever I’m reading good, but I can’t afford to keep buying them I’m disabled my income just barely pays my bills, but it’s a shame that I pay that much and have them break is a shame on you. Defective glasses
I purchased a pair of foster grant reader with case. The store had a no return policy, but the lense on the product has a defect and causes the words to be blurred when reading. I obtained a name of a rep for foster grant ann monaghan [protected] ext 5094. Ive called four times but have not received a return call. I want a refund please. Thank you
