Lilly pulitzer eyewear sunglasses pixie - melon
I placed an order (order # GR4371) for sunglass frames in the beginning of June 2023. On June 12, 2023, $132.43 was taken out of me checking account. On Tuesday, June 20, 2023 I emailed to ask the status of my order. I got an email saying they were to be shipped that Friday (which I assumed was June23rd). It is now July 12th and I have not received the glasses. I have called the number on their website [protected] four times and left messages as no one answers the phone. I have also sent numerous Emails to ask again about the status of the order and have had no response. Any help or information you have for me would be so appreciated!
Desired outcome: I would like my money returned.

Eye glasses
I have received an email confirming my purchase and did receive and email with tracking number however, according to USPS provided tracking number does not exist.
It does not as the item was never shipped.
Desired outcome: Contacting my CC to resolve it as Go-Readers.com is not replying to my emails.
Never received my order
I placed an order on april 24 for nonprescription glasses and it hasn't shipped still. Paid almost $100 for them. Theres an email and I tried to inquire about my order but I have not received any reply. Upon further research it seems like this website is a major scam and many people have either not received their order, received the wrong order and cant get in contact with customer service. My next step will be to contact my bank and the BBB

I ordered a pair of reading glasses from this site and was mailed a pair of sample glasses that have the words "demonstration only" etched into one lens. The lenses are not corrective and were scratched upon arrival. These are clearly a sample pair and not what I ordered. I have attempted to email the company three times and have had no response. This was a purchase of nearly $60 for reading glasses.

Ordered replacement frames for my 4 year old son and they never shipped. I have not been able to reach anyone at the website via any of their contact methods. The number listed (855)252-1100 comes up as a different scam company when entered into an internet search. The email is undeliverable. Contact through Facebook messenger is ignored as is their Facebook page.
