The original purchase was made in March 8,2026, After three remakes the glasses were never correct. I asked for a refund. I was given a receipt the refund was issued. According to the store one system does not talk to the other. The refund was only partially done. I was told I would be given a corp check in 24 hours. Six weeks later I still have not received the check just a whole bunch of excuses. Now I am not getting any return calls.

Claimed loss: $490.01 this is a lot of money I cannot afford to be out of pocket.

Desired outcome: I want my money.
