In February of this year 2025 I picked out two pair of frames (2 for the price of one) and was charged $330.98 on Feb. 28th. One was for daily use, and one was sunglasses. When they arrived and I went to pick them up I could not read fine print, so they returned them with another marking higher. This happened four times! I had to keep calling to see if they were ready and the last time, number 4 they had told me my sunglasses were ready and three days later I went in to pick them up, they couldn't find them. That was two weeks ago and I still have not heard from them, I still can't read up close.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund, and I want a response.
