I returned products that I ordered from catalogue online in May. I kept tracking information to see that it was delivered. I could not see that it was received so started calling only to be told that it would take 6 to 8 weeks for credit to go back on my card. I called again after that time period had gone by only to be told that the mdse was not received. After being on the phone for quite a while, finally got a C.S.person to log it in as received. I was told that the credit be posted to my account within 2-3 business days.I received confirmation that they had received mdse.along with note 6-8 wks for credit. You can see where this all went. After being threatened that I may receive a bill from Spiegel, I finally (September 1, ) got the credit to my card! 4 Months! Do not buy if there is any idea that you may want to return.
