I went down to Singpost at Collyer Quay and was informed that the system Hang. The customer service lady informed us that the system hung and would not be able to let use know when it will be p and running again. When we asked if she could call us, she promptly said that there are no telephones. Imagine an organisation with no lines to inform their clients when the system is running again. We were told to come back to check.
This is GROSSLY INEFFICIENT, UNPRODUCTIVE, with LITTLE REGARD for customers time
Recommendation: We have little choice as this is SINGPOST
