Spar International – Second time I received a substandard product

On this occasion, I once again purchased a "vetkoek and mince" from Winmore Spar, Moreleta Park. Similar to my previous experience at the end of January, it was evident that the vetkoek contained a minimal amount of mince, likely spread thinly over the surface. This lack of transparency poses an issue as customers are unable to discern the deception prior to purchase and opening of the item. Please refer to the attached photo for visual confirmation. I want to emphasize that my concern extends beyond personal inconvenience to encompass the broader impact on numerous other customers. Despite assurances from the store manager following my previous complaint, it appears that corrective actions have not been fully effective.
