South Florida Center for Cosmetic Surgery

I went to get a consultation. The office manage called me at home to convince me to do the procedure. She charged my card over the phone and said I should come in for preop tests. The tests indicated that I could not do the procedure due to medical issues. I requested that the money be refunded to the credit card company but they refused. I contacted the credit card company to inform them that I never received services and that they should not pay. SFCCS told the credit card company that services were rendered!

I have gone throgh many channels to try to get reimbursed and they have acknowledged that they owe this money and was willing to reimberse $2500, a half and would hold a credit of $2500 in their office. I couldnt agree to the credit in the office as I have no other need or desire for their services.

Now I wasn't able to continue paying the monthly payments to the credit card company and they sent it to collections. The balance is now $ 6540 and has messed up my credit, the only collection item on my credit report!

Had an Appointment for a consultation. After giving me the Price. I said I would Consult with my husband. The. owner Mrs. Tess, said that if I wanted to for her to owner the Price to give her $2000.00 deposit which would be refundable. I said to her No I would have to consult with my husband. Maliciously and with bad intention then she ask for $300.00 money back deposit. I question if I would not go through the procedure if I would get my money back .The wicket woman reply ye knowingly she would steel my money. I call and cancel before 12 hours till the day she stole my money. Never refunded one cent. The consultation cost me $300.00. Check This institute before you give this wicket woman a single penny. because she will steel it from you. This institute is a fraud. I am not her first victim. She stole little. Other she has stole thousand.
