South Florida Center for Cosmetic Surgery

This center took my $8K for a cosmetic procedure up front. They determined that I was high risk, and they could not provide me with surgery. They have refused to refund my money, and they do not respond to my calls or emails. When I disputed the charges with my bank the surgery center responded with confidential medical records including nude pre-operative photographs.
