Don't buy Solaxx, LLC's product
Don't buy Solaxx, LLC's product. One cell fails right around the warranty run out time, which is 3-4 years old. They prorate it, but it still costs $450.00 for a new one. So, every 4-5 years, you're gonna have to replace it. The product is poorly designed to last any longer than the warranty time period.

I bought a PureChlor salt chlorine generator and the S5 cell broke twice in the first 5 years. Even though I had a 5-year warranty, they never told me why it broke or how to stop it from happening again. They said they would give me a detailed analysis of the problem, but they never did. Recently, the water flow switch stopped working, and I had to go through the RMA process again. They didn't even look at the parts and only offered me a discount on a new one. The discount was still more expensive than buying it at a local pool store. I'm not happy with the product or how Solaxx handled my warranty claims. I had to keep asking for answers, and when I said the part was defective, they stopped responding. Even the Managing Member didn't reply. If I could give them less than one star, I would.

Salt Cell no worky and I tried everything but no luck. So I called Solaxx on 4/8/22 and talked to *** who said they'd send me a new one under warranty. RMA#*** They said it would take *** business days. On 4/25/22 I emailed *** to ask about the status since I still hadn't gotten a shipping notice. He said it should ship that week. But it's now 5/2/22 and still no shipping notice and Solaxx customer service won't answer me. All I want is for them to do what they said and send me a new cell. I got emails from *** that prove it.

I paid $595 for the PureChlor Service Cell, which was supposed to produce chlorine for my saltwater pool. It comes with a 1-year warranty, but it stopped working after only 2 months. I spoke to Andrew, the sales rep who sold me the unit, and he said he would check if it was operating correctly. But when I called him back, he didn't answer and hasn't returned my calls since. I've tried calling Solaxx many times, but no one has answered or returned my messages. I'm frustrated that my pool is turning green and I have to add chlorine manually. I'm worried that other customers might have the same problem. I paid a lot of money for this product, and I expect good customer service. Solaxx is not providing quality products or addressing customer concerns.
