Audio House Bought a dryer and washer brand Sharp

Went to Audio House saw the promo on TikTok so thought why not? Bought Washer and dryer(3000++) they delivered but the delivery guys said they will not stack up as its the agents work to stack put the dryer in my living room and washer in my service balcony I was like Whatt? Called Audio house and asked why was I not informed? Before purchasing? They were like trying to cover up for their mistakes and ask them Abt the staking up said they need to call agent first agent not free 2 days later only free

Now the dryer in my living room waiting to be stacked! What kind of service they are rendering. 1 week of unwashed clothes waiting to be cleaned.

Audio House Customer service after sales

I do make a purchase TV at audio house. Before I decide to purchase. They say can deliver and Install in a same day.

But when today the delivery come and I ask the audio house when the team will coming, they say not today but next week. My house warming will held on 14/1 but u say installation will at 16/1. Then I try ask for assist. They reply me that PHILIP STAFF THE EARLIEST ON THAT DAY. And not willing to help also and mention that Philip staff all the way.

I'm here to try for assist as I really do need the installation immediately

Audio House Bad service

I got a vaucher and the vaucher above stated “the item can be change to same or higher value, any differences in price must be top up. Unfortunately when I went there the person in-charge told me that the sentence was a typo error. I was very unhappy. If this is a typo error, the company should responsible to replace to consumer.

I called Audio House yesterday requesting for someone from the aircon section to call me. The customer service officer said she would arrange but up to today no one has called.Itried calling Audio House again since this morning but no one answered my call.
