I gotta say, I've been trying to get in touch with these folks over at Nationwide Stereo for a hot minute now, and it's been a real struggle. I've left messages with the phone operator and even tried leaving a voicemail, but it's like my calls are just disappearing into the void. Ain't nobody in customer service or accounting had the decency to hit me back, and I gotta say, that's pretty darn unprofessional. I'm feeling pretty let down by the whole experience, to be honest.

Honestly, I'm starting to regret going with Nationwide Stereo. I thought they were supposed to be a top-notch company, but this experience has been anything but. Fast forward a week and a half and BAM, my order shows up at my door, brand spankin' new just like they promised. And get this, I saved over $600 compared to if I had bought the same set of Martin Logan speakers at Best Buy! Can you believe it? Needless to say, I'm one happy camper and I gotta give props to Nationwide Stereo for hooking me up with a sweet discount. Thanks, guys!

I bought these outdoor speakers from Nationwide Stereo (nationwidestereo.com) for $560. They are Martin Logan ML-65R. Unfortunately, one of them got wet in the first month. I tried to contact them through email and phone, but it was a struggle to get through. Finally, I was connected with O. J. who promised to send me a replacement. However, it's been six months and I still haven't received the replacement speaker. I've made ten phone calls to them, but all I get are empty promises. The customer service is poor and the merchandise they sell is clearly defective. I would not recommend purchasing from them.

I recently made a purchase from Nationwide Stereo and received two Martin slogan 35XTI speakers. However, to my dismay, the speakers arrived without any serial numbers. This has left me wondering if they are counterfeit or even stolen. I reached out to Martin Logan for support, but they refused to back up the speakers due to the lack of serial numbers. Even my insurance company will not replace them if they get damaged, as they are like a car without a VIN. This has made the speakers completely useless to me.

When I contacted Nationwide Stereo, they gave me a BS story about registering the equipment for me and removing the serial numbers to avoid duplicate registration. However, Martin Logan called this out as BS, and I am left with no way to prove the authenticity of the speakers. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase and would advise others to avoid buying from Nationwide Stereo. Without serial numbers to back up the authenticity of the product, it is not worth the risk.

I have even contacted my credit card company to see if they can help me with this issue. It is frustrating to spend money on a product that cannot be verified as authentic. I hope others can learn from my experience and avoid making the same mistake.

This retailer ain't worth your time or money. I ordered 3 PSB speakers and it took over 3 weeks for them to arrive. When they finally did, one of them was damaged and all of them were missing the serial numbers. That means no warranty from PSB, folks. And to top it off, the packaging looked like it had been messed with. I tried to return them but they were gonna charge me a 20% restocking fee and I had to pay for the return shipping. No thanks.

I decided to keep them anyway, hoping they'll last me a few years. But I know I'm on my own if anything goes wrong. I don't know what kind of shady stuff is going on here but I wouldn't trust this company. I don't even know if the reviews and ratings are legit. I bet someone else has had the same problem.

I should've listened to my gut and ordered from Crutchfield. But I was trying to save some cash. You know what they say, "you get what you pay for". And boy, am I paying for it now. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. Don't make the same mistake I did.
