This company won't take back their messed up product straight from the box. I got myself a new boat seat with a part that gets all stuck when I try to move it. It's either busted inside or just a lousy product. But they won't take it back.

I bought a screened in tent from Leader Accessories LLC to keep away those pesky mosquitoes and gnats. I decided to set it up and test its effectiveness, but unfortunately, I discovered a hole in it. Moreover, the zippers were of such poor quality that you could practically see right through them. I tried to find a phone number to contact them, but after searching online, I learned that they don't have one due to being a small company with limited staff. So, I sent them an email explaining the issue, and they responded by offering me a $60 credit. However, I wasn't satisfied with that and insisted on a refund along with a return label. Sadly, I never heard back from them, and now I'm resorting to involving my credit card company. Needless to say, I won't be doing business with this company again.

If 0 Stars was an option I would choose that. I bought a bike rack on Amazon that came from these guys about 1 week ago. Easy assembly, but the 2" trailer hitch was messed up and had a "Bubble" that made it impossible to put into the hitch on the car. Simple enough...we'll just call them and they'll send a replacement part because it was messed up. NOPE...same as many others already on here..."Voice Mail Box is Full" was the message I got. Sent email, sent Chat conversation that all we wanted was to have this small piece replaced. Terrible company that Amazon shouldn't be associated with because their customer service is 0 outta 10.

This company ain't helpin' me replace a busted product I got in the mail. I don't have my order number, but I gave 'em a tracking number and a pic of the shipping label. They keep sayin' they can't find my order. It ain't even been 30 days since I ordered it. The number they got on their website, Facebook, and this info page don't connect me to a real person or a legit business. I ordered 2 fancy air mattresses online on 2/15. I emailed 'em 'bout the defect on 3/9 and we've been goin' back and forth 'til Wed. 3/17 when they said they can't find my order, even with the tracking number and shipping label. They ain't replied to my last email with the pic of the shipping label. I done left 3 voicemails on the number listed here, but ain't heard nothin' back.

Leader Accessories I ordered a chair for $89.99 on November 10

I ordered a chair for $89.99 on November 10. I received the order on November 16, but it wasn't the chair I ordered. I wanted a black chair, but they sent me a white one instead. I went to UPS to return it, but they told me I needed to contact the owner and arrange for a return label. So, I texted the owner and explained what happened. The company asked me to send them a picture of the label and the chair they sent. I did, but they kept texting me back saying they hadn't received the pictures. I could see that they had seen the pictures because they had drafted responses. They kept apologizing and asking me to send the pictures again. Then, they sent me an email asking for a survey, but they didn't mention anything about sending me a return label. I told them I couldn't just give away $89.99, as I have no use for the chair. I want to send it back and get either my money back or the correct chair. I feel like this is a terrible business practice, and I hope you can help me get my money back or the right chair. Leader Accessories This business doesn't even deserve 1 star!

This business doesn't even deserve 1 star! I bought a screenhouse/gazebo for my son and his fam for Christmas. It cost $199.00. Obviously, we couldn't set it up or use it until summer 'cause we live in Ohio. The first time we used the screenhouse (with the ground stakes they gave us and following the directions), it got lifted outta the ground and got a bunch of slits in it. My son used his own stakes to anchor it. By the end of the first day, there were at least 5 tears in the ceiling and walls, the zipper for the entrance was broken and couldn't be used, and the carrying case was all torn up. I contacted the company and they asked for pics. I sent 'em detailed pics. The next message I got was them sayin' how sorry they were, but since I bought the item 6 months ago, they could only give me 30% off on another one! What a joke! Don't buy anything from this company. Their stuff is garbage and not worth the money. I regret doin' business with Leader Accessories. I'm out $200 now and my son's fam doesn't have a screenhouse for camping.

Leader Accessories I bought 3 stools from this company on January 5th

I bought 3 stools from this company on January 5th. I got all three stools on January 12th. Sadly, one of the stools was missing a hydraulic. I messaged them and they asked for proof. I sent them videos many times, but they never replied. Their customer service number doesn't work either. I tried calling many times.

Leader Accessories I bought a truck cover in Jan

I bought a truck cover in Jan. I couldn't put it on my truck until Feb because of weather and scheduling. When I was ready to install it, it was the wrong size. Leader says they don't take back products unless they're defective. I think this product was defective because I got the wrong size. It will cost me over $300 to return it. I paid $206.99 for it.

Leader Accessories I bought 2 spike ball games from Leader Accessories on June 1

I bought 2 spike ball games from Leader Accessories on June 1. When I got the product and put it together, it wasn't good. The net didn't let the frame be level and messed up the game. I told the company about it on June 8 and sent them pictures. According to their return policy, I sent the 2 games back to Leader Accessories myself, paying for the shipping. I sent them more messages in July and August, but they didn't do anything and I still haven't gotten a refund for the returned items.

Leader Accessories I bought the red and white boat seat from Leader Accessories LLC

I bought the red and white boat seat from Leader Accessories LLC. What I got was exactly what I ordered, except for the booster seat which had a purplish red, like maroon, piping. This wasn't shown in the picture or mentioned in the seat description. Also, the top of the seat had a deformity, maybe from the seat frame or the lack of foam. I emailed Leader Accessories several times, but they won't fix the problem. They want me to pay for return shipping. I sent them several pictures and explained the issue, but they ignored my complaint. I suggested that if they want me to keep the seat, they should refund me half of my money. Alternatively, they can pay for the return shipping and refund me in full.

I bought a blow-up chair tube from Leader Accessories LLC for my kids as a Christmas gift. After Christmas, we tried to inflate the tube to check if it was working properly. Unfortunately, it didn't fully inflate because there was a big hole in it. I reached out to the company to address the issue, but they only suggested patching it up. I mean, come on! It's a brand new tube that cost me $200. I'm really not happy with the idea of patching up something I just bought and haven't even used yet. They didn't offer any other solution, and now they're not even responding to my emails to try and fix the problem.

I bought an RV Class C motor home cover from Leader on July 11 for $239.99. It barely lasted 9 months before it ripped at the seams and even in between seams. I got some pics showing the problems. I've reached out to Leader multiple times since April 27, through email at *** Their first email said they'd give me a refund, but two days later they changed their mind and said they'd replace the product. I was fine with either option. Since May 7, they've been totally silent. I've sent a bunch of emails and chatted on their website, but no response. I have proof of all our conversations. Can you please help me get a refund or a replacement? Thanks.

Leader Accessories I bought two boat seats from Leader Accessories

I bought two boat seats from Leader Accessories. Unfortunately, one of them had a tear, so I decided to return both seats and get a full refund. However, things didn't go smoothly. One of the seats got lost during shipping, and I had to file a claim with UPS. UPS confirmed that the package was lost and has been trying to get in touch with Leader Accessories to sort things out. Surprisingly, Leader claims that UPS hasn't been reaching out to them. But when I tried calling Leader's contact number, nobody answered. Their response to emails has been minimal as well. And when they do respond, it's just a vague apology without any real solution. I've called UPS three times, and they assured me that they've been trying to contact Leader all this time. It's been three months now, and I've had enough. I just want my money back.

We bought 5 bar stool chairs from HOMEKOKO on 11/4/2022. They arrived on 11/8/2022. When we opened one box and put together the barstool, it was really cheaply made and wobbly. We emailed them on the morning of 11/9/2022 to tell them about the wobbly barstool on our floor and ask how to return them. Later that day, they replied and asked if we assembled them right. I emailed them back saying we did and asked for return info. We even tried calling, but their voicemail said they only do email. On 11/10/2022, we got an email saying they'll get back to us soon. It's now 11/12/2022 and we haven't heard anything. Order #***.

I bought the Leader Accessories Round Full Coverage, Heavy Duty, Waterproof Fire Pit/Bistro Table Cover from Amazon in June . It was on my patio table for about a month and when I tried to take it off, it was stuck to the top. I managed to remove it with a razor blade, but it left a film behind. Amazon gave me a refund for the cover, but they didn't help with the table. They told me to contact Leader directly. Leader doesn't have a phone number for customer service, so I've been emailing them since July 12 to get this problem fixed. At first, I asked for help removing the film or getting a replacement table. But I didn't get any response, so I tried soap and water, Goo Gone, Goof Off, and even sandpaper. I sent them a picture to show that none of these worked. Finally, they suggested using alcohol or hot water. Unfortunately, neither of those worked either, so I asked them to replace the table.

On October 3, I ordered an SUV Car Cover 5 Layer Nonwovens Fit SUV up to 240 for $54.99 from ***. My order number is LA#***. I was given a tracking number: ***. However, when the package arrived, I was disappointed to find that the car cover was made from a single layer of fabric instead of the advertised five layers. I immediately contacted them via email on October 10, providing them with a detailed description and pictures of the car cover from their website. I requested that they send me the correct five-layer car cover that I had paid for.

On October 12, I received an email from them thanking me for reaching out and asking me to attach some photos of the item I received for reference. I complied with their request and sent the photos on October 29, along with a message stating that the car cover I received was clearly only one layer thick. I even included a photo taken through the fabric, showing my hand on the other side to demonstrate the lack of additional layers. I pointed out that there was no blue layer or white layer as depicted on their website.

Their response on October 29 was disappointing. They thanked me for contacting them but claimed that they couldn't see any quality issues in the photos I provided. Frustrated, I emailed them again on the same day, clarifying that I wasn't complaining about the quality of the product, but rather that they had sent me the wrong item. I reiterated my request for the five-layer car cover that I had originally ordered.

Despite my efforts, I have not received any further communication from them. I even resent my email on November 6, but still no reply. It is disheartening to experience such poor customer service and lack of response. I hope they rectify this situation soon and send me the correct car cover that I paid for.

Leader Accessories May 10th, 12th, and 15th, but still no response

May 10th, 12th, and 15th, but still no response. It is frustrating that the company has been unresponsive and unhelpful throughout this entire process.

I purchased the pop-up pavilion from Leader Accessories LLC on February 26th, 2022, for $216.00. The item, described as the "Gazebo Tent Pop Up Canopy Instant Screen House HUB SCREEN HOUSE," was delivered on March 3rd, 2022. However, upon inspection, I noticed several holes along the top of the pavilion.

I immediately tried to contact the company by calling the phone number provided on their website, but there was no response and no call-back. Frustrated, I decided to reach out through the store chat on April 5th. I finally received a response on April 6th, but then there was no further communication until April 18th, despite my multiple attempts to contact them on April 8th and 13th.

After responding to the message from April 18th, I once again received no response, despite my efforts to reach out on April 21st, 22nd, 23rd, and 24th. Finally, on April 24th, the company responded and requested pictures of the damages, which I had already sent twice before. I sent the pictures again on April 25th, but still received no response.

Feeling frustrated, I sent another follow-up message on April 28th, and finally, the company responded. However, instead of offering a replacement for the undamaged product, they only offered a $70 compensation for the damages. I tried to clarify the nature of the compensation, but once again, received no reply, despite my attempts to reach out on May 2nd, 4th, 6th, and 8th.

On May 8th, I informed the company that if I did not hear from them, I would seek assistance from the ComplaintsBoard.com. Unfortunately, they did not reply. I made several more attempts to contact the business on May 10th, 12th, and 15th, but still received no response.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and communication from Leader Accessories LLC. It is frustrating to have received a damaged product and to be met with unresponsiveness and unhelpfulness from the company. I hope that by sharing my experience, others will be cautious when considering purchasing from this company.
