Shopping at SM Clark today in the grocery store the lines were AGAIN incredibly long. Waited in line more than an hour to get to the cashier. Even in the VIP lane. Every time we shop there it is like this. We moved to Angeles City from Valenzuela City one year ago. Why is it always like this? Talking to other senior citizens they also said it's like this all the time and they complain to customer service but nothing ever changes. FIRE THE MANAGER
