Rotech Healthcare review: Inept personnel - misleading information

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is an absolute nightmare company to deal with. We contacted their office in Casper WY in October 2024 to purchase a new CPAP machine to replace an older machine that was not operating properly. We had met our out of pocket deductible with our insurance company for 2024 so the request was to purchase the machine. The manager, Mark Kinder in conversations with us told us that the paperwork had been completed to bill out the machine to our insurance so it would be covered in 2024. NOT TRUE! Instead of selling us the machine per our request they leased it which allows them to make a much larger profit in additional charges. When receiving the billing statement and calling their billing department I am connected to an individual that speaks very poor and hard to understand English. When I asked to speak to someone that can converse in English she refused and said she would speak slower. The conversation ended with my frustration out of control and by me hanging up. When calling the Casper office you only get lip service. Avoid Rotech at all cost!
