Rotech Healthcare review: Bad for your heath

If I could give -5 stars I would. I see the 1.7 stars people are being generous. the Richmond office customer service reps are unprofessional, and rude.
They disconnected the call 3 times without even attempting to answer, then after I finally got through, they hung up w/o saying goodbye. People who end calls without professionally ending the call are just ignorant! and not the type that I care to do business with.
They refused to service my 02-concentrator machine, ignoring doctors' orders because I refuse to put a credit card on file. They stated this was because of high insurance deductible. Keep in mind I have had this equipment for 2 weeks and was already billed $71.00 which was paid immediately. Stay away!
