Sleep Tight...Don't Let The Bugs Bite

This company scamed me for $1,200! I think they put more bugs in my home! Their name is "sleep tight don't let the bed bugs bite LLC." Not only did they not take care of the bug problem, they made it extremely worse!

We signed the contract wth this company on January 5th and paid over $3000 for them to get rid of the bedbug problem we have. The customer service throughout the entire process was unbelievably unprofessional. One of their techs broke my $300 smart TV. They wrote me a check to replace the TV, but the check was only for $125. They made me pay a fee because I couldn’t leave my house when they came to spray because I had just had surgery. I had called and told them that I would not be able to leave the house prior to the technician coming out. We are still dealing with a bedbug problem, their ad guarantees that the bugs will be gone forever. My husband and I paid a lot of money to get rid of this problem and yet we are still dealing with bedbugs. Their ad is false and their staff is rude. They have no customer reviews on their website, it appears they have been removed. We would like our money back so we can use a different service and actually get rid of the bed bugs.

Sleep Tight...Don't Let The Bugs Bite, LLC is the absolute worst! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They say it's a 12-month plan, but it's actually only 30 days. I've been paying $92 every two weeks and I'm still dealing with problems. It feels like they only care about money and they won't even let you talk to the boss.

I had a really bad experience with Sleep Tight...Don't Let The Bugs Bite, LLC. I scheduled a service for my grandma on June 26th, with the service date set for July 3rd. I've been in contact with the company on different days to ensure that her home is ready, and they never mentioned any issues with scheduling. However, on July 2nd, the day before the service was supposed to take place at my grandmother's home, they called and canceled. They were very casual about their huge mistake. The lady on the phone told me that it was the owner's fault because he forgot to document other appointments he had previously made, causing them to overlap with other people's appointments. I'm really upset because my grandma needs the service as soon as possible, and this cancellation has caused a big inconvenience.
