Enviro Pest Control
I called for a quote on removing a hornets nest on the 3rd floor of our home. I was told they would not only kill the hornets but remove the entire nest and spray around the margins where the nest was. The tech arrived on time but had no ladder or equipment other than a spray and a pole that he shot at the nest. He killed the hornets, but left the messy, unsightly remnants of the nest, (plus steaks of spray on my lower windows).He insisted on immediate payment. He said he would return in two weeks. Another tech returned after a second call. Although he had a ladder, he said he couldn't reach the nest and could not remove the remnants of the nest. I would have sprayed the nest myself if I had known Enviro would only spray from standing on the ground. Despite spending $280.90, I still have a mess to clean up that will require someone on a ladder reaching to the third floor.
Desired outcome: I would like Enviro Pest Control to come and remove the whole nest as they said they would.
Bed bug spraying
My mothers apartment in Martinsburg, West Virginia was sprayed in May 2023. She did not have bed bugs but the housing management scheduled a routine spraying. About a day after spraying my mother stated there was a strong smell on her clothes and on her dishes where the sprayers over sprayed her entire house. Her dishes are in a cabinet meaning they had to open the cabinet to spray. She has tried washing her dishes and clothes in hot water several times but still has a strong smell. Further, she has been feeling ill and nauseous since the spraying. When she complained to the company the representative stated they would never have done that and denied any smell. However, even her friends and neighbors have confirmed the smell. The rep stated there was nothing they could do but would look into it further and might call her back.
Desired outcome: The company should take responsibility for the damage they caused and reimburse her for the clothes and dishes they destroyed.

I called the company and they said they can't help me because my info didn't transfer from evergreen pest solutions. Enviro pest bought evergreen pest solutions but they didn't tell us customers about it. I want my money back. The contract was supposed to end in August and I don't want to be charged for the last two services until they're done.
