Essential Pest Control treated my house almost 2 years ago with a full treatment that had a 2-year warranty. Termites came back, which I know can happen. The problem is that when the techs came out to treat, they didn't want to do their job. Two of their techs, *** and ***, said that termites don't come up through cracks in concrete. That's not true. I tried to talk to the termite manager, ***, but I couldn't get a hold of him. I left messages for him at the main office and on his cell phone for over a year, but he never called me back. My warranty is almost up, and the company wants me to pay a renewal fee, but they won't come out and inspect the house first. When I ask for an inspection before renewing, they tell me to wait for *** to call me back.

Essential Pest Control has been helping us with termites for two years now. I asked them to come out and do a treatment under warranty because I saw termites in my garage. They said they would only do an inspection and we would have to pay for the treatment because our warranty was almost over. They said they sent someone out before, but it was raining so they couldn't do the treatment. We had to wait weeks for another technician and our warranty ran out. They never did the treatment where the termites were found. It's not fair to treat customers like this.
