I bought a mattress from Sleep Masters Canada on May 11

I bought a mattress from Sleep Masters Canada on May 11. I was excited to get it, but on May 19, I emailed them to see if it had shipped yet. Finally, on May 20, I got an email saying it had. But when it arrived on May 25, it was the wrong one! I immediately emailed them to ask about returning it, but I never heard back. I emailed them again on May 27 and May 31, but still no response. Finally, on June 2, I called and asked for the manager. The person who answered said they would call me back in 15-20 minutes with information, but they never did. I tried calling again on June 6, but no one answered. The number is XXX-XXX-XXXX and it's for SleepMasters Toronto.

Ali here from Sleep Masters Canada, I hope this message finds you well.

Firstly, since we are unable to see your first name on your post, I searched our records using your surname and could not locate an order.

I then checked through our e-mails to see if we had sent an order shipping confirmation on May20th as you indicated above, again I could not find such an email. I then looked through the inbox for the dates May 25th and May 31st as you have indicated above for an email informing us of such an incident, again I could not locate such an email.

Therefore, I am left to believe that either you have reviewed the incorrect store, or this is simply a false review.
