Too Firm of Mattress
I bought a CMC, Chicago, NAMACO mattress and its way too firm. I told them I wanted a firm mattress, but not this firm. I slept on it for 60 days, and wanted to return it, but they wouldn't take it back -
I lost the paperwork, and it had a small scuff from me unloading it - but now I have a hard mattress.
I wish I could get a refund.
How can you expect a company to take it back after 60 days?
