I booked and paid for a flight package from Edinburgh to Boston via Barcelona on 9th December 2025 for travel on13th June return on 21st June. On May 5th I received an email to say the Barcelona to Boston flights had been brought forward a day and the return was now a day later. There was no offer of new connecting flights to/from Edinburgh nor any compensation offered for the extra night accommodation required. I was offered a refund in cash or Kiwi vouchers. I chose the refund in cash, that was on 5th May and my case is still pending. Kiwi.com say the refund has been applied for from the individual airlines, Vueling and Iberia, but my contract was with Kiwi not the airlines.
Recommendation: My only recommendation has to be that travellers should not book through kiwi.com.
