Terrible experience, I booked a flight that was cancelled by the airline 30 days before the flight and 3 months later I'm still waiting on a refund. My friend booked the same exact flight through kiwi and was refunded within a week. So don't believe any guarantee they make or expect any kind of transparency, you'll get AI bot responses to all your questions. For $50 flights it might be worth the risk but anything more I wouldn't risk it to a company that can't handle communication.

Recommendation: Avoid
