On September 13, I paid 3,596,436 KRW for Incheon–Japan–Incheon tickets (Booking Ref: 678815951). Almost two weeks have passed, and not a single refund has been made. Kiwi.com lies, claiming they submitted a refund request to the airlines, but both Asiana Airlines and Jeju Air confirmed no such request was ever received.
Kiwi.com’s only response is always the same: “Please wait.” No proof. No transparency. Nothing but excuses. Who in their right mind would pay millions of KRW and sit quietly believing these lies? Kiwi.com deliberately deceives and manipulates its customers.
They trick you by saying refunds are processed within 14 days. On the 13th day, they promise that the finance team will contact you the next day. But once the 14th day comes, they change their story again—now claiming you must wait another 14 business days excluding weekends. Today is the 13th day (excluding weekends, exactly as they calculated), yet I have received no contact and seen no progress whatsoever on my refund.
Kiwi.com pretends to “empathize” with customers’ frustration, acting as if they will take immediate action. In reality, they make zero effort to resolve anything. This is not incompetence—it is outright fraud.
Kiwi.com is the worst of the worst. Do not ever use this agency. They will exploit you and steal your money.
