This is the third time I’m writing a review about Kiwi.com and they still haven’t done anything. I missed my connection due to a volcanic eruption in Bali, which delayed my first flight (TransNusa). As a result, I couldn’t get to Jakarta in time for my Etihad flight to Europe — a trip that was incredibly important to me as a Ukrainian trying to visit loved ones.
Kiwi promised “Connection Protection”, but when it came to real help — nothing. Just copy-paste answers and zero empathy. They kept telling me to deal with the airline myself, even though I booked the entire trip via Kiwi.
They clearly don’t care about their customers — and even less if you’re from a country at war. This is not just bad service, this is inhuman treatment.
Shame on you, Kiwi.
