I am writing to report an issue regarding a cryptocurrency withdrawal transaction from my Skrill account that has remained unsuccessful and pending for several days.

Below are the transaction details:

Transaction ID: [protected]
Amount: $116.22
Date of transaction: 14th May 2026

I attempted to withdraw the funds from my Skrill account to my crypto wallet, but the transaction was not completed successfully. However, the amount has not been returned to my account, and I have not received any clear update regarding the status of the transaction.

This delay has been ongoing for over a week, and I would appreciate an urgent investigation into the matter. Kindly provide me with:

The reason for the failed/pending transaction
The current status of my funds
The expected resolution time
A refund back to my Skrill balance if the withdrawal cannot be completed

I have attached screenshots and any relevant proof for reference.

Please treat this matter as urgent, and kindly escalate it to the appropriate department for immediate assistance.
