My delivery address is at company

1st d:
Deliver after office hour which is at 7pm, who gonna pick it up?

2nd d:
2pm: Delivery again, no inform me or pass to reception, just a unsuccessful delivery sms
3pm: Inform CS, requested to self-pickup at yishun central PO, CS say ok

3rd d:
11am: Redeliver to lin ah pin road PO (LOL)

11am: inform CS again, promised will redeliver to yishun central PO and available to self-pickup by 6pm

3pm: parcel status no updated, inform CS again, suddenly say need 3 working days to redeliver to yishun central post office

Conclusion:
No credibility
No follow -up / update
SG too big
