Singapore Post (SingPost) review: Missing parcel
21st Oct received a sms saying parcel will be delivering. But no sign of singpost coming. On 22nd Oct 2026 received a sms saying parcel delivered at 710am and immediately I open my door and check but no parcel outside. My condo need to be access via intercom to come to my unit. Very shocking is that the photos provided by the delivery guy (which I don't know whether is there any delivery guy came), showing today date and time 7am. Condo management checked the cctv footage and confirmed there isn't any singpost vehicle entering the condo between the time 630-730am. The photo also very suspicious. It seems like taken at some other people house if you look at the background very closely. The other 2 photos indeed is showing the correct unit of my house. Hope it won't be another "Ninja van stolen over 100 parcel" case in year 2021. Is scary.. I understand the financial value may not be extremely high. However, what concerns me most is the integrity and honesty of the service. When a national postal service marks items as delivered without actually handing them over, it erodes public trust. It feels far more serious than just a missing parcel — it means the system itself cannot be relied upon, and that is what troubles me deeply.
Claimed loss: Sgd25
Desired outcome: Find out who is the delivery guy who took the pictures or maybe created a FAKE photo!
