Subject: Escalation: To make good Mishandled Parcel (Tracking Number: CP220080944UZ)
Dear SingPost Customer Service Management,
I'm writing to escalate my complaint regarding a parcel that was mishandled by SingPost. The parcel landed in Singapore from Uzbekistan Khiva around October 2025. Despite being delivered to your facility with the correct unit number and postal code, it was stored for 2 weeks and returned to the sender due to incorrect block number and phone number.
I've already raised an issue, but was told
this is their standard. It is unexpected that that the bulk item should be returned to Uzbekistan Khiva, without Singpost making a better effort. The correct Unit number and block number would have allowed Singpost to complete the delivery.
I would like to request Singpost to make good the delivery or compensate for the necessary shipping cost to resend again.
