We purchased a list of over 2, 000 names, addresses and emails. The letters that were physically mailed out were returned and the email addresses bounced back.
They told me they would make it right but sending out an email blast on my behalf and when I asked for proof and I contacted the organization about getting my money back and the employee disappeared.
Do not purchase a list from them.

We bought 179 GERMAN addresses. Since the minimum scope was about 1.000 addresses we got a lot of unneeded addresses from all around the world. After a lot of rework (most of the company names are written wrong) we posted our correspondence to the persons to contact. Almost half of the letters came back with "receptor unknown". This doen't took the number of letters into account where the destination address didn't even react to the unknown receptor.
We never got even a single answer from this sales Promotion!
Sorry but I can't recommend buying at least GERMAN addresses.

They made the list, which didn't match the target market
We have paid to SilverSkySoft Inc. for the contact database list and we informed them about our criteria and after couple of weeks they provided the list, which didn’t match our target market. We communicated with them through the phone and asked to make a new list, but these reps were rude and didn’t want to help us. But each time I heard some rude words and angry responses that it was my mistake and they didn’t want to change the list. It was waste of my time and I wouldn’t recommend others to deal with them.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
