SilverRock review: 2017 q60 Infiniti

We purchased a car through Carvana and lest than a month the car stopped working. SilverRock had it towed to one of their shops in network and the shop messed up my car. The shop had my car for 6 weeks and told SilverRock was complete after 10 days and was paid by SilverRock, but the shop still had my car with shotty work and unable to fix it. SilverRock gave us the run around and the shop messed up my car by replacing my engine with a bad one. Now we still have no car and both SilverRock and the repair are giving us the run around. my vehicle is still not fixed and we can't get a straight answer from either of them
