Ordered breaks for my car. The money was removed from my account and then the company cancelled my order without telling me and has yet to refund my money.

I ordered 2 car parts from Car Parts Discount, but they sent me the wrong items. Their website search didn't ask for my VIN, just the year, make, and model of my car. I provided that information and it said the items would fit my car. They agreed to take the items back, but they won't cover the cost of shipping (around $160.00). I paid a total of $237.00 for the purchase. The only way I could have known the items were wrong is by knowing that there were two different types of 2016 Hyundai Tucsons (electric/hydrogen and gas-powered). Only someone who knows about car parts, like the folks at Car Parts Discount, would have that information. That's how I found out too. So basically, they're saying it's my fault that I received the wrong items. By the way, they don't even have the parts I actually needed for my car. Can you believe it? I think Car Parts Discount should cover the cost of return shipping and give me a full refund.

We ordered a DISA valve for my son's vintage BMW and paid $47.08 for overnight shipping. Supposed to get it the next day. They didn't ship it until the next day (when we were supposed to get it) and they don't even ship the parts - they just sell them as a middleman. The part (supposedly) was shipped a day late and then for unknown reasons FedEx sent it back to the seller -- which, by the way is not Carparts Discount. We don't even know who the seller is. I went to BMW and bought the part and asked Carparts Discount for a full refund. With the "overnight" shipping overcharge, I ended up paying BMW the same amount. Carparts Discount doesn't give a street address or a phone number, which I found out only from ComplaintsBoard.com is . They don't actually answer the phone, which is why I guess they don't give the number. Probably some guy sitting in his mom's basement playing auto parts seller.
