SillySquishies SillySquishies Review: Poor Quality, No Refund, and "As Is" Policy

I recently bought a squishy from SillySquishies for $19.99 and it was a total bummer. The thing fell apart after just one day! I mean, come on, that's just not cool. The quality of the squishy was really poor and it was obvious that the company didn't put much effort into making it. What's worse is that when I tried to get a refund, they wouldn't stand behind their product. That's a major red flag right there. If a company doesn't believe in their own product, why should I?

To make matters worse, I didn't even realize that all of their products are sold "As Is" until after I made the purchase. That's just crazy! "As Is" is usually reserved for clearance items or garage sales, not for something that costs almost twenty bucks. It's really disappointing that SillySquishies doesn't take more pride in their products and stand behind them.

My daughter was so excited to get this squishy and now she's just disappointed. It's a shame that SillySquishies couldn't deliver on their promises and provide a quality product. I definitely won't be buying from them again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else either.

SillySquishies Terrible Experience with SillySquishies: Unacceptable Customer Service and Hidden Charges

I had a terrible experience with SillySquishies. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They claim that they are not liable for any damage or loss of items during shipping. This is unacceptable. As a buyer, I expect the company to take responsibility for their products.

I recently ordered a squishy that weighed 100 grams and cost 30 pounds. I was shocked to find out that I had to pay an additional 22.22 customs charge to the UK. SillySquishies did not warn me about this charge, and I was not prepared to pay it. My daughter was devastated when she found out that she did not have enough money to cover the charge.

To make matters worse, SillySquishies refused to help me with the situation. They did not care about how many children they hurt with their lack of customer service. I ordered my item on May 27th, and it was not posted until July 7th. This is unacceptable.

If you do decide to order from SillySquishies, I recommend only paying with PayPal to ensure that your money is safe. However, I would still advise against ordering from this company. They do not care about their customers and are not willing to take responsibility for their products.

SillySquishies Horrible Experience with SillySquishies - Unreliable Shipping and Poor Customer Service

So, I decided to give SillySquishies a try and ordered some items on the 6th of the month. But, boy oh boy, was I in for a surprise! The items weren't picked up for shipment until the 12th of the month. Can you believe it? That's a whole six days later! And to make matters worse, I wasn't notified of the tracking number until AFTER I wrote 3 emails to their support center. I mean, come on, SillySquishies, get your act together!

But wait, it gets even worse! The item was "delayed" in the shipping process (for whatever reason - it did not indicate). And now, it's supposed to arrive today ELEVEN days later! Can you believe it? That's just too late because our gift exchange was YESTERDAY! I mean, seriously, what kind of business operates like this? It's just horrible, horrible, horrible.

I really think that this company needs to hire people who know how to run a business. I mean, it's just common sense, right? If you're going to sell products online, you need to be able to ship them out in a timely manner and keep your customers informed. It's just basic customer service, people!

Overall, I would not recommend SillySquishies to anyone. It's just not worth the hassle and frustration. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable company to do business with.

SillySquishies Disappointing Shipping and Processing Times from Silly Squishies

I gotta say, I was pretty excited to get my hands on some of those squishies from Silly Squishies. I mean, who doesn't love a good squishy, am I right? So, I placed my order about a week ago and I was feeling pretty good about it. I knew they were based in Australia, but I figured I'd just pay for Priority Mail and it would get here in no time.

Well, let me tell you, I was wrong. Dead wrong. It took a whole week for my package to arrive. And you know what the worst part is? They sent it to my neighbor's house! Can you believe that? I mean, I guess it's not really Silly Squishies' fault, but still. I'm not sure I want to risk it again.

The processing time was also pretty unbelievable. I mean, it took them 2-3 days just to process my order. That's crazy! I was expecting to have my squishies in my hands in at least 3 days, but nope. A whole week. And from what I've heard, this isn't the first time USPS has messed up someone's package.

All in all, I'm not sure I would order from Silly Squishies again. Don't get me wrong, the squishies themselves are great. But the shipping and processing times are just too much for me. Maybe if they switched to a different shipping company, I'd give them another shot. But for now, I think I'll stick to buying my squishies in person.

SillySquishies Disappointing Purchase from SillySquishies: Poor Quality and Misleading Product

So, I recently made a purchase from SillySquishies and I gotta say, I was a bit disappointed. I thought I was getting an Easter egg filled with candy, but instead, I got an Easter egg with just one piece of gum inside. Not cool, man.

Anyway, I did receive my squishes and they are indeed squishy, but the faces on them are poorly painted. It's hard to even tell what the face is supposed to be and it's all smudged and messy. Not a good look.

If you're in the market for some squishes, I would suggest checking out Jenna Lyn Squishes instead. They give you extras like stickers, a pen, and a donut squishy, and the quality of the squishes is much better. Plus, the squishes I got from SillySquishies had a really bad smell to them.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend SillySquishies. Save your money and go somewhere else.

SillySquishies Disappointing Experience with SillySquishies: Late Shipping, No Tracking Info, and No Refund

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with SillySquishies. I mean, I paid extra for tax and shipping, which was already a lot, and then the shipping took way longer than 2 days. Like, what's the point of paying extra if it's not gonna get here any faster? And to top it off, I never even got an email with tracking information. So I had no idea where my package was or when it was gonna arrive.

I decided to go to the post office to see if they had it, but no luck. When I asked SillySquishies for the tracking information, all they gave me was a number. And guess what? The number didn't even work! So not only did I not get my package, but I couldn't even track it down.

Honestly, I feel like this company is a total scam. They didn't even apologize or try to make things right. No package, no refund, no satisfaction. I definitely won't be trusting them again.

SillySquishies Disappointing Experience with SillySquishies: Overpriced and Falling Apart

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with SillySquishies. I mean, don't get me wrong, the squishies themselves are cute and all, but if you live outside of the US, you're in for a rude awakening. I didn't realize until after I had already paid for my order and the $12.85 shipping fee that I would also be responsible for paying VAT/customs fees and all that jazz to get my squishies into my country. And let me tell you, it was not cheap. I ended up having to pay an extra ?12.97, which brought my total bill for just one large and one small squishie to a whopping ?49.81. Yikes.

But that's not even the worst part. When I finally got my squishies, I noticed that they were already falling apart. Like, bits were literally falling off of them. And when I contacted SillySquishies about it, they basically told me tough luck. Apparently, that's just how squishies are. Um, excuse me? I didn't pay almost fifty bucks for a bit of sponge that smells weird and falls apart after two seconds. And to top it all off, they say you can't even return them because of their "condition." What a joke.

So yeah, I wouldn't recommend buying these for your kids or anyone else, really. Unless you want to spend a ton of money and end up with a couple of sad, falling-apart squishies.

I just received another package from SillySquishies that I purchased in late October 2020, and I have to say, they never disappoint! I highly recommend this company to anyone who loves squishies. I know some people have mixed feelings about SillySquishies, but their squishy formula is a game changer. The attention to detail with their squishies is impeccable, and I believe everyone deserves another chance. Companies go through rough times, and I'm really glad they are back and better than ever.

SillySquishies Poor Customer Service and Missing Item from SillySquishies.com

My daughter was so excited to receive her squishies from sillysquishies.com. She had saved up her hard-earned money and was eager to get her hands on them. Placing the order was easy and we had no problems with the payment process. However, when the package arrived on Tuesday, November 22, 2016, we noticed that one of the squishies she had ordered was missing. We double-checked the original order and confirmed that it was indeed ordered and paid for, and it was worth $20.

The next day, November 23, 2016, I searched for the business email address on their website and sent an email with the invoice attached, explaining the missing item. I thought that maybe the business owner was away for Thanksgiving, so I patiently waited for a response.

Unfortunately, it has been 8 1/2 days since I sent the email and I have not received any response from the business owner or employees. I even posted on their Facebook page, hoping to get their attention and resolve the issue, but to no avail. Another parent from a different state also commented on my post, saying that they were experiencing similar difficulties.

I am disappointed with the lack of customer service from sillysquishies.com. It is frustrating to spend money on a product and not receive what was paid for. I would not recommend this company to anyone and would advise others to save their time and money.

SillySquishies Silly Squishies Review: Cute Squishies, Terrible Customer Service

My daughter is absolutely obsessed with Silly Squishes. I mean, who wouldn't be? They are super cute, unique, and come in some awesome packaging. I've become quite the collector myself, especially since they've lowered their prices. I've practically bought every single squishy they've ever produced!

However, I have had a few issues with some of the squishes I've received. About three of them were either dirty or defective and needed to be replaced. For example, I ordered a cat cake that was covered in filth and wasn't even in the clear housing in the box. To make matters worse, there were even stencils left in the box! I'm not sure if their quality control is just bad or if they simply don't care.

To be honest, Silly Squishies has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever experienced. If you have an issue, don't expect them to email or call you back - Period. When I had my first issue with a squishy milk and a couple of other items being damaged because the box was overpacked, they did message me back. However, the person simply told me to leave it out for a couple of days and it would reform. Unfortunately, the milk never returned to its original form. I tried contacting them again, but received no response. I was beyond frustrated when I received the dirty cat cake I mentioned earlier. I thought maybe it was a mistake and tried emailing and calling them multiple times, but still no response. All they had to do was replace the cat cake, but they didn't seem to care.

I also had a terrible experience with Cutie Creative (The Squishy ship). They have equally horrible customer service and are located overseas from me. It took over two months for my package to arrive because they didn't even bother to ship it until over a month after I purchased it. They also wouldn't respond to my emails. If I ever have another issue with Silly Squishes and they don't address it, I'm done with them too. The only reason I'm giving them another chance is because they are located in the states and shipping is quick and affordable.

It's really a shame that Silly Squishies and Cutie Creative have such terrible customer service. A company should always stand behind their product and address any legitimate concerns their customers may have. It's simple - top-notch customer service equals loyal customers, while no customer service equals taking business elsewhere. I hope they realize this soon before they lose even more customers.

SillySquishies Disappointing Quality and Poor Customer Service from SillySquishies - Don't Waste Your Money

So, I ordered from SillySquishies and I gotta say, not impressed. The quality of the product was pretty poor and to top it off, it came to me all messed up. I tried to reach out to their customer service but it was like talking to a brick wall. They didn't seem to care about my concerns at all. It's like once they got my money, they were done with me. I should have read their website more carefully because apparently, they don't do returns or refunds. So, I'm stuck with this messed up squishy and no way to get my money back. It's a real shame because I was excited to try out their products but now I know better. Don't waste your money on SillySquishies.

So, I bought some Silly Squishies from their website and when they arrived, they were all messed up. Like, the squishies were peeling and tearing and just not looking good at all. I tried to get in touch with the company to see if they could help me out, but they don't have a phone number you can call, so I had to send them an email. And guess what? They didn't even bother to respond to me! Like, what kind of customer service is that? It's like they don't even care about their customers. I'm still waiting for them to do something about my order, but I'm not holding my breath. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying from Silly Squishies if you want to avoid this kind of headache.

SillySquishies Disappointed with SillySquishies: No Response from Customer Service and Unfulfilled Order

So, I was looking for a place to buy some squishies for my daughter's birthday, and I stumbled upon SillySquishies. I was excited to see all the different options they had, and I quickly added a bunch of them to my cart. I went through the checkout process and got charged for my order, and I even received a confirmation code. But then, I got an email saying that my order wasn't completed. I was so confused and frustrated because I had already paid for everything.

I tried to call customer service, but there was no phone number to be found. I sent a few emails, but I haven't received any responses. I'm starting to worry that I wasted $70 on nothing. This is not what I was expecting at all, and I'm extremely disappointed.

I really hope that SillySquishies can fix this issue and get my order to me soon. I was really looking forward to surprising my daughter with these squishies, and now I'm not sure if that's even going to happen. It's frustrating to not have any way to get in touch with customer service, and I wish that they would be more responsive to their customers. Overall, I'm not happy with my experience with SillySquishies, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

SillySquishies Disappointing Quality and Poor Customer Service from SillySquishies

SillySquishies is a company that sells squishies, but I gotta tell ya, I was pretty disappointed with my purchase. When my squishies arrived, they were all damaged and had cracks all over them. I was pretty bummed out, so I tried to contact the company to see if they could help me out. But when I reached out to them, they told me that they sell the squishies "as is" and that it's in their policies. I mean, come on, it's almost like they knew the squishies were gonna arrive damaged and they needed to protect themselves.

I spent almost $200.00 on these squishies, and I gotta say, the quality was pretty bad. I was really hoping for something better, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. So if you're thinking about buying from SillySquishies, just be aware that the squishies might arrive damaged and that the company won't do anything to help you out.

I had a really bad experience with SillySquishies. Their customer service was terrible. I had to keep talking to them even after I sent them a picture of my bank statement that showed I was charged for my order. It's been three months and I still haven't received my order. I had to do a chargeback on my card. What a waste of time! I suggest you don't buy from them.

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my purchase from SillySquishies. The quality of the product was just not up to par. When I opened up the package, I noticed that the squishies were already ripping, peeling, and tearing. Not a great first impression, you know?

And to make matters worse, their customer service is seriously lacking. I couldn't find a phone number anywhere to call, and when I sent an email complaining about the poor quality of the product, I never heard back from them. It's like they just took my money and ran.

SillySquishies Disappointing Experience with SillySquishies: Poor Quality and Lack of Customer Service

I recently made a purchase from SillySquishies and unfortunately, I was not satisfied with my experience. I had ordered a large pig mermaid squishy and eagerly awaited its arrival. However, when I received my package a week or two later, I was disappointed to find a tiny squishy inside that was not worth the $20 I had paid for it. I have purchased similar squishies from The Dollar Store that were of better quality.

I reached out to SillySquishies via email to express my disappointment and inquire about a possible solution. However, I was informed that all sales are final and they could not do anything for me. Needless to say, I was disappointed with their lack of customer service and will not be making any future purchases from them. I also do not recommend anyone else to do so.

Overall, my experience with SillySquishies was not a positive one. While I understand that mistakes can happen, their unwillingness to rectify the situation left a bad taste in my mouth. I would advise others to be cautious when considering purchasing from this company.

SillySquishies Terrible Experience with SillySquishies: Paid for Fast Shipping, Never Received Order, No Customer Service

I had a really bad experience with SillySquishies. I ordered some stuff right before Christmas last year and I paid extra for fast shipping. They took my money right away but they never sent me my stuff! I tried to call them but there was no phone number to call. I also tried to check my order status online but I couldn't log in. I sent them some emails but they never answered me back. I don't know how they can still be in business if they treat people like this. My daughter was really sad on Christmas morning because she didn't get her present. And now it's been four months and she still asks me why we haven't gotten our stuff. This is really bad and I don't recommend SillySquishies to anyone.

SillySquishies Silly Squishies Review: Poor Quality Products and Customer Service

Silly Squishies is a website that sells squishy toys. My sister bought a bunch of squishies from them and spent a lot of money, like over $150. But when she got "The Pencil" squishy, it was all messed up. One of the eyes was coming off and stuff. She sent them pictures of it right away, but they didn't even say anything back to her. She kept sending them emails, but they still didn't answer. It's not cool that they're not being honest about their products. I read some reviews on Google and they're all saying the same thing. Silly Squishies doesn't care about their customers. My sister is going to talk to PayPal about it.
