Ripe off! Never received product! Would give a zero if allowed

NO STARS FROM ME ... WOW JUST WHAT I THOUGHT THIS COMPANY IS CROOKED! I WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. CROOKS!

Ordered my product in January still haven’t received it contacted company after four emails I still don’t have my product and they will not issue me a refund

I ordered almost 2 months ago, no tracking, no response to emails and terrible service. Do not order from them. They continue to market to me daily but can not even respond or fulfill orders.

Ordered my package on May 17. It is now July 6. My tracking still doesn’t work, and I’ve emailed and have been told it’s been expedited to come faster. Shocker, it hasn’t. It’s been “shipped” for over a month now and my tracking still doesn’t exist.

If I could leave negative stars, I would. It took 3 months for my kit to come. When it finally came, I didn’t have enough of one of the colors so I figured I’d try the “oh *** insurance”. I submitted my order 2 WEEKS AGO and it STILL hasn’t shipped... And when it finally does, it’ll be another 3 months. For one lousy bag of beads. I ended up buying replacements elsewhere. Will never buy from here again!

If I could put absolutely zero Stars I would. I have been trying for over 2 months to get my items or to get a refund. I have gotten either one. The best I can offer me is a $5 to $20 credit on my account. That doesn't cover what I spent I have sent them countless emails and I have made countless phone calls and it's the same thing over and over again please no one waste your money with this company they are nothing but a bunch of scam artists

Ordered two custom kits finally received them after a very long wait. Started my 1st custom and already have run out of 3 different colors of the diamonds. They tried to be accommodating and sent me one of the colors which was square and I'm doing round. Cannot finish this gift have to order replacement diamonds from someone else because there's come from China and getting them could take 2 months . Not happy !Never again will I order from them.

I ordered my paintings in April as we were all learning how to live in this pandemic. I reached out many times just to check on updates and complain sometimes but all of the members of this company including the CEO reached out every time with in more than acceptable time. I just received my order a couple days again. I couldn't be happier with the product how it was packed and the all over quality of this product. Can't wait to order more and even if I wait again I know the product is well worth the wait! Thank you again Cory of all of your help during the time I waited.

Shipping is late, which is understandable because of covid, however, all of the other diamond paintings ordered after I ordered this one have all arrived. I was told 1 month after ordering that it was in a shipping container. I was then told 1 month after THAT that the shipment has begun sailing. Each time I try to get a story straight I get “I understand your frustration” or “we have delays because of covid”. Due to the poor communication, the two different stories, and lack of help I’ve received from Paint With Diamonds I will absolutely never purchase from them again. I would sincerely advise against purchasing from based off of customer service alone.

I placed an order 10 weeks ago(5/2). I never received an order number or tracking information. Paypal shows the payment has cleared. Multiple emails have been sent with only a generic reply email from the "president & CEO" stating that due to COVID-19, things are slower. No tracking numbers, no ETA, no other information and no reply despite repeated follow-up emails. There seem to be some happy customers if you believe the reviews, but we'll never be able to review a product we never receive. Buy American. All these replies say 4-8 weeks door to door shipping...these supposed Chinese folks can't even get stuff to the door, much less out the door. I wonder if they have any idea Corey is throwing them under the bus.

I would like to thank the hard workers at PWD! This pandemic has been hard on all of us but these wonderful people have worked tirelessly to fill all our orders! I know how disappointing it is to wait and think the order is never going to get here. But if we put ourselves in their shoes for a moment! I always say walk a mile in my shoes then give me your opinion! I can’t thank PWD personnel for what must be a never ending battle trying to fill these orders! I know 8 of mine have shipped I still have 3 in the oven so to speak. It’s customs and the post office that’s causing our issues now. So thank you Corey, Cheryl and all who are working so hard to keep us from going crazy while we’re house bound! Keep up the great work! Avid fan & loyal customer!

I ordered a diamond painting kit, pen, and storage box all on March 22 and still have yet to receive my full order (today is 6/17). I have only received the pen so far and when checking the tracking numbers for the other parts of my order, one says the package is has been 'cancelled' while the other one is still in transit in China somewhere. I have tried getting in contact through Customer Service over 2 weeks ago but still have yet to get a response other than the canned response that I need to read the new COVID guidelines they are following for shipping and that things might take an additional 2-3 weeks and also that "Bleep Bloop I'm a robot here's what I can find about your order:" only to list nothing. Update: when I check the tracking numbers now, I am brought to a page that tells me, "We didn't find an item associated with this number."

Everything I have ordered from PWD has been great. Before Covid their ship time was dead on which was 30 days because of the warehouses in China, and shipping from there takes a bit to get to the U.S. I was able to track my package just fine and received it undamaged. I ordered during the pandemic and I did take note on the website that shipping due to Covid-19 will take longer as it is still shipping from the warehouses in China (who was just coming out of lock down at the time or ordering). As predicted, my order did not see any movement because of the skeleton crews that were in the warehouses. I did receive my new orders in the time frame allotted and they were in good standing and undamaged. I have already started work on 1 of the 3 that I ordered. If you do have any questions about your order, they are more than happy to help you, all you have to do is reach out to them via email. To all the people giving negative reviews to PWD, I have to say this is unfair and you must take into consideration of what is going on in this world. Shipping takes time especially from across the Pacific ocean, and with a pandemic it makes the delays worse. Give them time and things will settle back down. I for one will be ordering again, and looking forward to working on more PWD kits.

At this time I am providing a “one star” rating. I was searching for a project for my daughter and I to do seeing as there isn’t much else to do during this pandemic. I thought the DiamondArt would be a great start. We found some we wanted to make. I ran into the PWDs website and they had a variety of selections to choose from. After we decided on a few I checked to see where the business was located. The business address on their website clearly indicates they’re located in Brooklyn, New York. I saw the shipping time frame and understood the possibly mail delay due to the pandemic. However, I was not under the impression the products were coming from China, nor that they were a drop shipping business. I am feeling lied to in regards to their location and product shipping. I received a text last night informing me that my order had been shipped. I was rather excited as it lead me to feel as though I’d be receiving my order way sooner than they stated. However, when I clicked on it to review the status, I saw a strange tracking number I’ve never seen before as it wasn’t a *** or *** or *** number. When I go to the link, I get the shipping delay message that states if your tracking starts with “JCT”, select “JCEX”. Unfortunately, mine starts with “JCR”, I hit the orange track button and I get a message that states “no order found”. I then proceeded to find out who my tracking number belongs too since it wasn’t a “JCT”. I did find that it belongs with “JCEX”, and again, when I search the tracking directly on JCEXs site, nothing is found! So, needless to say, when and if I ever get my order, I unfortunately, will never order from this company again. I feel their business practices are shady and you clearly do not have the products on hand or have a local US Company you’re working with that have the products on hand to avoid these horrible shipping delays and upset customers. Perhaps you should look into finding a local supplier if you want to have a profitable business in the end. Here’s to hoping I receive my order by the end of next month...

I made an order for three things from this company on April ,. I received an email stating that I would be getting my product in 12 to 30 days. After 30 days I sent an email to the company help desk and received a reply that due to COVID-19, it could take up to 60 days to receive my product. I have sent several more emails in and have only gotten the same reply. It is now July , and the company refuses to give me a refund. At this point, I don't want the product.

I ordered from thos company over a month ago amd emailed them at leat 4 times and they have goven me a fake tracking number everytime. I tried calling them and a message says they cant take any calls. The repsonse they give is always a scripted repsonse and the same exact repsonse. Its never a new message. Like I said the tracking number they have provoded me has nver worked and always says ( info unavailable we can't identify your number) for over a month. I want my money back.

I placed an order with Paint with Diamonds on April *** and I still have not received my purchase. I have reached out to them multiple times the last time on June *** and they did not respond. I understand that COVID has created some shipping issues but my product supposedly shipped on April *** yet I have still not received it. They provided updated shipping times and my item now far exceeds their updated schedule. I just want a refund for the product that I have still not received. It's only $35.99.

This is in regards to order #*** I placed an order on April *** and still have yet to receive my item. I can understand waiting up to 60+ days for an item, but we are now over 90 days and I still haven't received my product. On July ***, Allison from this company told myself and my boyfriend over the phone that I will be receiving a refund for my order. She said the this refund may take up to 24-48 hours. We are now at the 72nd hour and I still have yet to receive my refund. I have emailed the support team 4 times and the CEO and have yet to receive a response.

I ordered back in April. I have been given non working tracking numbers repeatedly. No answer to where the package is exactly. I have sent three emails in the pass week trying to contact about information about where what I ordered is. I have saved every email and tracking number as well as screenshots showing the tracking numbers never working back in may. I am being ignored after I demanded a refund as it has been in 'transit' for 5 weeks now. Was told again they cant refund me because still in transit but again no working tracking number. I just want a refund for a product I am closely not getting. I have tried doing this over email and my calls are being ignored.

I ordered products from this company in April and did not receive said items until July . Shipping issues were not adequately addressed. Aside from the communication and shipping issues, products were delivered in awful shape and I am afraid it is damaged. I would simply like to return the products for a 100% refund. I was told that they expect the consumer to foot the bill for shipping. I do not think that is acceptable considering a damaged/ruined product - especially considering the size and weight of the products. I tried to contact them multiple times to find a solution that will allow me to return the products and receive my refund. I have received no reply to date.

I placed an order in May *, on 5/*** I requested an update, they replied in 5/*** that it was still processing so I requested they cancel my order. They sent me a tracking # on 5/*** and replied to my cancelation request 90 minutes later that they could not cancel it because it had shipped. However the tracking number is bogus. On 5/*** I contacted them again telling them to keep their product and give me my money back. They replied on 5/*** that tracking numbers take 5-10 days to update. I checked again on 6/and the tracking number is still invalid so I requested they cancel my order again as I believe they generated a shipping label just so they could say it's shipped but that no product has been or will be sent.

Don't do it! I ordered in April,,,,, immediately got an order confirmation with an estimated delivery date of 12-30 days...this should definitely be disclosed to customers BEFORE you take their money. 45 days later I email customer service. They claim it's still in "transit" and it could take 60 days...70 days later I email customer service because tracking hasn't moved for 30 days, representative states it could take 90 days and that refunds cannot be processed until delivery...110 days later tracking states is was finally delivered-- LIES! I don't know if it was delivered to the wrong address by the shipping company but over 3 months and no product?!?! It's been 3 days since I have last emailed customer service demanding a refund with no answer...

I asked to cancel my order in late Mayand was lied to saying they couldn't as it was on its was since April. Their customer service is email only and when you call their number no matter the time of day or the day of the week I got a voicemail. After going back and forth by email a representative told me my shipping label had only been created back in April and never actually shipped. Then a supervisor finally called me back and said if I didn't receive my order in 2 weeks I would get a full refund, 3 weeks later I reached out for my full refund and then was told it was not possible after some further back and forth by email again as again I could not get anything but a voicemail I got a half refund. Now an additional 2 weeks later and almost 3 months with no products I have still not received the remaining refund amount.

I had ordered, Early March, each time i ask for status, it directs me to a shipping status all in Chinese, the e mail that I have corresponded with is not helping, all the same responses. I asked for a refund.. I'm not getting anywhere except that I can return to their NY location. ( additional shipping costs ). The order has taken way over when it was due. And i'm getting the same answer as everyone else.. in a container somewhere. This is not just a delay, I would have never ordered from them knowing it was coming from out of the country. looked like shipping from NY... So... they will not refund, I'm still waiting and I do not understand Chinese. I would like a full refund immediately . I can refuse delivery, I will not ship elsewhere, package is not received as of yet and they have ducked all questions about where the product is.

I order my First Diamond painting over a year ago. The picture was very dark and hardly visible but kept it since it was for my son and he enjoyed the picture so much. I then purchased another Diamond Painting from them this year and after putting most of it together see that some of the time pain colors are again very dark. Confirmed with the DMC coloring charts that there color matching to DMC colors charts is completely off and the diamonds are darker than they should be on the painting. I took pictures of the project and closeups of the diamond compared to other companies colored diamonds to show clear proof the colors are off. After emailing the company they have refused to do anything about the issue for resolution without emailing multiple times. The companies resolution to me was to order replacement diamonds. Which why would I do that. They may be the same dark color and I would also have to spend hours of time removing all the miscolored diamonds from the painting...only to replacement which would degrade the amount of glue actually still being only the diamond painting structure. They have up to this point refuse to refund my money or make any resloution thats not putting the customer at fault for there horrible factory quality.

I placed an order on 11//2019 for multiple items. I received part of my order except for one item- a custom kit costing $96.99. I emailed with Paintwithdiamonds customer support regarding the missing kit starting on 1//2020 because there was no progress with shipping ( for the custom kit only) after 12//2020 on the Chinese tracking website. I was assured the item would arrive. I emailed again on 2/*/2020 and was told they would look into it. I emailed them again on 3/*/2020 to report that the original tracking information had expired and I had still not received my custom kit. Paint with Diamonds responded on 3/*/2020 that a replacement item had already been shipped, and then they gave me a tracking number on 3//2020 via the email. When I looked up the new tracking number, it said it was a “duplicate” and could not be tracked. I reported the issue with the tracking number on 3//2020 in email to customer support and was told on 3//2020 to be patient. It is now 5/*/2020 and I never received my missing custom kit, originally ordered 11//2019. Paint with Diamonds will not issue a refund even though they acknowledged via email that I never received the custom kit (and that they would replace it). I have saved all documentation of communication and fake tracking information as evidence of their fraudulent actions.

I ordered $97.98 worth of products on April ***,, which is more than 10 weeks ago at this point. I still have not received the products, the shipping link that was provided has not had an update in over a month, and all of the shipping details are in another language. I was quoted, at checkout, 2-4 weeks to receive my items. At the first time that I reached out to ask where my package was when it did not arrive in the 2-4 weeks I was quoted, I was told that the timeframe for delivery had changed to 6-8 weeks, but that I would still be receiving my package. It has now been well over the 6-8 weeks extended time that I was quoted for this, and I still have not received my package, nor have I received any updates on shipping even since May ***, which is over a month ago. At this point, I feel like either the business is a scam and has stolen my money, or their shipping company has lost the package, but either way, I do not want the product anymore at this point. It has been an extreme amount of time over the timeframe that I was quoted when ordering this package, I ordered this as a mother's day present for my mom, and had this been here in the time I was originally quoted, I would have had it by then, but at this point, that was 50 days ago, and I still have not only not received the product, but have not received any updates on where the product is, the tracking information has just been at a dead stop for well over a month.

I placed an order with Paint With Diamonds (PWD) on April ,, and I have yet to receive anything. The maximum amount of time indicated for shipping in the confirmation email I received from PWD on 4/*** was "up to one week for processing" and "an additional 1-2 weeks for delivery," potentially on top of the "12-30 days in total" time, although the wording on this part was ambiguous. Thus, the latest my package should have been delivered was 55 days (30 days + 7 days processing + 14 days additional time) post the order date, which would have been 6//20. There was no indication at that time that there would be any further delay. Given the circumstances, I was happy to be patient and understanding for well past the initial period of time promised, but I have still not received my order. I no longer need this item, and, due to the pandemic, I am no longer even at the address where the item was to be shipped. I officially requested a refund for the first time on 6/. I was told that they would not refund the order because it had already been shipped, but that I can return my order upon receipt. I have expressed multiple times that this is not acceptable to me. They have yet to effectively or honestly fulfill their side of this transaction. They happily took my money in April, and I still have yet to receive a product. I have no reason to believe that they would refund my money should I take the time, make the effort, and spend the money (return shipping is paid by the customer) to return the item I have yet to receive. This was not a financially insignificant purchase for me to make, especially due to my loss of employment since the pandemic. I am sure I am not the only one in this position. This is not right, and it seems that PWD is actively misleading and taking advantage of people in a vulnerable situation.
