Disappointing Experience with Consumer Crafts: No Product, No Response, No Answers
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with Consumer Crafts. I ordered a product from them, but never received it. I tried emailing them twice, but never got a response. So I decided to give them a call, but I had to call three times before I finally got through to someone. And even then, they didn't have any answers for me.
I was getting pretty frustrated at this point, so I decided to report them to the Better Business Bureau. I also left a few negative reviews online to warn others about my experience. And just to be safe, I called my bank to do a stop payment on my order.
Honestly, I feel like I got ripped off. It's a shame, because I was really excited about the product I ordered. But now I'm out the money and I don't have the product. I wouldn't recommend Consumer Crafts to anyone.
