I bought a few sample swords initially, and then I trusted them so much that I bought over 500 pieces. Unfortunately, what I ended up receiving was nothing but trash! I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw that the swords were so low-quality that they were unworthy of any USA distributor, let alone myself. It has taken me years to sell off these swords after investing hundreds of hours to repair them, but it hasn't been easy. In fact, it's been a great learning experience on how to make blades look good and strong. I had to learn how to fix blades, rivets, and handguards just to make the swords usable and appealing.

Dealing with SK has been a painful experience. They promised me all sorts of things, like replacements for broken or unsellable items. At one point, they even talked me into shipping product on my own dime for sales they made with the promise I would get replacements on the next order. But when it came time for the replacements, they never came through. Instead, they just made more excuses and ignored my emails.

To make matters worse, SK even stole my design work. They copied my unique designs, such as the Legend of The Seeker sword, He-Man, and even The Sword of Griffindor, without giving me any credit or compensation. This is straight up cheating!

The following Tues I got an email with a tracking number that said it had been delivered to a location in New Jersey. After tracking down a live person at DHL (shipping company) they said that the tracking number that was sent to me was attached to someone else's order, even though all the info sent to me showed it was my information. Ordered gandolf staff and sword. Staff is a shower curtain rod with a broken piece jammed on the end. Sword is ok quality but my name is spelled incorrectly on both sides if it and also on the staff. The design I paid extra for and got approved is not on it at all. Many attempts at asking them to resolve the issue both before they even made the items when I noticed the errors on the invoice and after they arrived have gone unanswered. Tried the chat and after screenshotting all the emails their response was they could not locate any emails. Seriously? Disputing the charge! Save yourself frustration and do not order from them!
