Shoppers Drug Mart review: My order

I have been a customer of Shoppers Drug Mart for many years. Yesterday I had most exhausting/aggravating experience at store located at 2355 Warden Avenue.

The young lady at the check out was not properly trained. I told her that I am entitled to the senior's discount, before she even started to enter purchases; she did not provide the discount. The most frustrating part of my experience was her lack of knowledge in dealing with the lottery ticket. I purchased a $2 Poker, she asked repeatedly if I wanted "All In". Several times. And, when I won a free ticket, she did not know her to process; giving me back the ticket that I had signed; going through the garbage to retrieve tickets... on and on.. Finally she called the manager as she did not know how to deal with giving me the discount after she gave me the receipt and I brought it to her attention that she did not process the discount. I was there for such a long time. Other people in the line up was upset (of course). I did tell the manager (who seemed as though she did not care) that the young lady obviously needed to be properly trained.
