Shoppers Drug Mart review: An employee's on-going harassment of me, whenever I enter the store...

Just stopped in to grab something for dinner, check my blood pressure, etc.

I go to this location because it is the closest to my home by a bit, and on my way home from work...

An employee there, Krystal, who works in the make-up/beauty department, used to live in the same co-op as me, and does not like me because I had to serve her with a warning for behavior while I was on the board there, regarding loud, obnoxious and threatening behaviour to other tenants... No one wanted to do this, as she is very aggressive and unpleasant to deal with, but someone had to, as the situation was getting worse...

Ever since then, whenever I see her in public, she goes out of her way to try to get as physically close to me as she can, intimidate and bother me in any way possible...

I realized that she worked at this location about 2 visits ago, and promptly left the store after purchasing my items... She made sure to leave her post and come up to me, standing behind me, and would not stop "acting" like she was trying to help me, all the while muttering "[censored]" at me, under her breath... I am sure that this was on camera, we were in plain view of one...

After this incident, I didn't go for awhile, but decided to try again at a different time, unfortunately she was there... I did not even know it until she was behind me while I was using the blood pressure machine, acting like she was there to talk loudly and gossip with the pharmacy staff, but she was glaring at me... I promptly cut my blood pressure reading short, paid for my purchases and left...

I called the store, twice now, to complain, explaining that if they simply looked at the most recent feed, that they could plainly see her approach me on both occasions, and her muttering insults and threats at me, and have not had a single response yet...

I guess that I can no longer shop here, because, like I have told the 2 Managers that I have left messages for, I am constantly and immediately harassed and followed around by their employee, Krystal...

What a sad thing that because someone has an unwarranted vendetta against you, that you have to constantly be on the look-out for them and can't even shop in a public store that you always have, without being stressed and fearful for your safety...

I guess Shopper's Drugmart just doesn't care about how their employees treat their customers, but I do, and I have had enough... I spoke with The Sudbury Regional Police today and they have the incident on file, should she go out of her way to threaten me while at this store or any other place, I will look at further measures which were discussed...

Pretty bad when no one is accountable for someone who is acting in such an unacceptable manner...

No wonder this Shopper's has the reputation that it does...
