Shell Petrol Pump at Chaklala Scheme 3, Rawalpindi is robbing its customers. I went there twice to have my car filled up with petrol for Rs. 500 each time the car meter and estimated distance digital meter did not show anything. I thought maybe there was something wrong with my guage. But I had it checked up and there wasnt any petrol in the tank. I went there again today and as the attendent punched in the numbers I got out of my car and looked at the meter. As I suspected he had manipulated the petrol gun. He got afraid after seeing me get out the car and pressed the button thrice and then the petrol finally came and the fuel meter and estimated distance meter showed the exact amount of petrol that was filled. I have launched a complaint with Shell Head office in Karachi, but I am not sure if they will do anything. Who else should I launch a complaint to regarding this petrol pump?

I use to use Exxon gasoline and I felt I was not getting good gas miliage. I began using Shell and so far it appears that I am getting better gas miliage. Today I went to top off my tank and I stood outside for about 3 min waiting on the attendent to turn on my pump in order for me to pump my gas. The 1st attendent walk off into the back and I could see her doing this as I was standng out there waiting on her to turn on the pump. This is not her 1st time seeing me. So I walked in and gave her my money and she then ask me what pump was I using? Now mind you my pump is beeping behind the counter. I gave her the pump number and proceeded to go and pump my gas. When I cam back in to get my money I stated to the assistant manager and the attendent I've never have to come in and pre pay because they know me due to the fact I always come in that establishment at least every other day to top off my gas tank because I drive so far to work. The assistant manager stated to me in a very smart tone "Well you know its prepaid". I just walked out of the store and did not say a word. Well as I was getting into my truck I really thought about what had just happen and walked back into the store and ask for the Shell number to contact the manager. The assistant manager stated to me "I am the assistant". My statement to her was I did not ask for the assistant I ask for the manager. Since you smarted off to me why would I want to speak with you. She then stated to me that I can come back in the morning if I wanted to speak to the store manager. I then observed her talking to another customer telling him about what had just happen. That was wrong also the other customer had nothing to do with this and what was he going to do about it in the first place. I just would like to know how does a company allow an employee to work for them with that type of attitude, or let's go even further than that how could a company allow an employee to conduct their business and run off their customers. Smart elec employees should be delt with and tought some customer service ethics in dealing with their customers. Remember we the consumers we pay your saleries... I don't know if I will be back to that Shell station. I will proberly go back to Exxon where they know how to treat me. I will also have to go to a higher grade of gasoline in order to get the best gas miliage. I don't believe in dealing with smart ASSSSSSSSS peoople...

after that they asked me to deposit Rs. 79000.00 as legalization charges so that they can tranfer my money through OTC ACCOUNT BY WIRE TRANCTION with internet banking system.Then i deposit said money in same account. Then they sent me cofermation that money has recevied and we will transfer the said money very soon. on 10-06-2011 they sent me mail that they have transfered my money into temporary account and waiting for activation and also details of my amount.then they asken me to get clearence for uno stating that I shold get anti Terrisot certificate and anti druges certificate before they transfer the sade money into my local bank account. then they asked me to deposit Rs.3, 50, 000.00 for those cetificates .then i deposited the same acoount a mention above. after depositing amount they sent me the certificates. then they me one website.www.rbibureaue.co.in asked me to proced with transfer. I started to loin the said website then it was asking password. then i called mrs. K.S.MIRSHA about pssword. then she replyed me that she will intimate though email. They have sent me email about my password and asked me to transfer the fund into my local banl account. when i started the processes after completing some time the system asked for the CCCT CODE REQURIED. THEN I CONTACTED THE MAMDAM about this. Then she replyed me that yoiu will get email from RBI. On next day they have sent me a mail that for CCCT CODE asking to deposit Rs. 197000/- for genarationof the said code then they told after receiving the said the fund will transfer immedetly into you local bank account. Beliving that the money will transfer. then i deposit the said amount into a Ajeet singh account with Axis Bank account, Gwalior Branch. after they have sent me a ccct code and asked me procced with transfer. then i strated withthe proceding with transfer. after complisation of ccct code again the system asked for the COT CODE. then again i contacted them about this code>they reply me that i will recevie a mail from RBI with respect to the cot code. Then I received a mail on 04-07-2011 anking me deposit Rs. 3, 72, 500.00 for genaration COT CODE. AFTER RECEVING THE SAID CODE, they startered telling that this is the last code which is requried to transfer the fund into my account for security purose all thses code are requred. to genarate these code Bank will charege sevice charegs accourding to the transfer of fund. Then I paid Rs. 372, 000 int he aheet singh account. After paying amount they have seny me confermation that the payment for cot code have recevied and we are in nprocess in genaration cot code and authorization pin. Today i.e 09-07-2011 to day have sent me cote code and asked me to proceed with transfer the fund . when i strated trasfer of fund into my account, again the system started asking INCOME TAX CODE. Then i call over phone they said I will received email from RBI in respect to the Income Tax code. When I questioned Rasily the swithchoff the phones. Now i cme to that they cheaed me all these day by buffing me.and telling all lies. I request tahe action agaist them . Iam priveiding the Phone No. Mrs. K.S. there is two arabic guys.. when i get my food and drink and triying to pay it
but that two guys doesnt even look at me and talk in arabic
and when i buy the beer they dont check my ID and they juss gave a plastic bag and keep talking .

Went to the above petrol station today, the guy said you have to pay for the petrol before filling up, which i thought was fair enough, then realised the other customers were filling up then paying. I said to the cashier why are you not asking the other customers to pay first he said I dont have to give you a reason- this really annoyed me. Then he said that leave my debit card with him and then fill up I said to him dont think so my friend with all the card cloning going on - he didnt seem to get what i was saying to him. I asked did he understand why I am not going to leave my card with him and he said other people do, which I found hilarious. I asked him to see his manager or phone him he would not. I found the cashier rude, suspicious (ref to fraud) and damn right aggressive and discriminatory at his customer skills. I paid for the petrol at the pump. This guy should be sacked for his awful customer service.

I would like to hear some details, you are definitely not telling the whole story. I would like to hear what the clerk gave you as a reason, and your reaction when there was problems with your purchases

im very unhappy with service i received today at shell garage i went in at 1 time and i was 90p short and i handed it in the day after as i am always getting petrol their every day .i went in today to get my usual petrol and the woman pulled me up about the 90p and i said i payed it and she said i didnt i was so inbarrist in front of customers i dont need this when i have paid it that was about 3month ago i wont be useing the garage no more untill yous investgate this matter . who do they think they are calling me a lier unspeakable .please get in touch with me about this matter soon as posible thank you
