For the second time in a row, I pay for a car wash at the pump while in a hurry, and it doesn't take my code.
Stop allowing the option to purchase a car wash at the pump if so many technicalities will occur.
This is the Sheetz in Salisbury, NC.
Last time I went in, I had to see a manage that wasn't there. I didn't bother going in this time because I'm in a hurry.

So this morning I bought a bagel sandwich at sheetz in whytheville va. My first one was wrong but the lady fixed me a new one . The only problem is the egg is so small it's nothing like the egg they show on the sign for the 2/5 sand. The egg only filled 3/4 of the bun and the cheese looked like a half slice it was almost all bread for $4 a sandwich should at least have enough egg on it to see the egg when I looked at the sandwich I had to pull it apart to make sure it had anything on it because all I saw was bread 🥯. I kept pics of the San and the hash browns were so dark I could tell the oil had not been changed in awhile. It's just sad that I could have went across the street to McDonald's and gotten a full meal for what I paid for a sandwich that literally was all 🥯.

On Saturday 10/16/21 I ordered my food to be picked up Curbside at 11:40. Arrived by 11:35 and Checked in. Waited till I could wait no longer. 11:45 I went into the store to pick up my order, hopefully. The staff was not busy, I asked to make sure my order was ready and the correct store. It was indeed ready but they just seemed to not care to deliver it to my car. This service is great, if performed, but if not, is quite annoying for the consumer who needs to be somewhere by a certain time, if not delivered.
I am a Very Frequent Sheetz Visitor, just not, normally to this Sheetz.

She refused to sell me beer after my husband had to give her his ID and it had expired. He didn't know. He is 43 I'm 40. I have a valid license. She was not nice. She flat out refused. This is unacceptable.

I was with my friend and we were driving for 6 hours from out of state.We stopped at Sheetz to use the restroom and to purchase drinks.We also needed to rest so we did sat in the car for 15 minutes and my friend took a little power nap.We were parked right in the front.The sheetz employees called the police who then came and asked us questions.They ran out ID'S and our plates.Everything was fine.They told us to rest until the fog cleared because it was really bad to drive especially when your tired in the fog.As soon as they left an employee came out to the car to ask us if we were ok and told us we had to leave even though the police told us to stay there for a little.We were so exhausted and were afraid of wrecking.There were no rest stops close so we just just trying to drive slow and steady.We ended up getting a flat tire because my friend couldn't keep her eyes open.I had to pay for a new tire.It was a nightmare.I think the employees were in the wrong and were extremely rude.

I ordered a chicken wrap from sheetz on, and got a tortilla with only lettuce, tomato and onion and I payed full price! And the price was about 7 dollars!It is almost as if the workers were too lazy to even cook the chicken and put it in for me, but who even wants a wrap with just cold vegetables, i am angry. I am a regular customer of sheets especially the made to order food. And when I order something I expected to be like I ordered it. Yesterday I visited the sheets in Ridgeway put my order in online when I got there it was ready but I ordered a bucket of curly fries and a bucket of regular fries the regular fries were soggy it was only a half a bucket and the curly fries were not cooked all the way. I also ordered a steak sub and double the meat if that was double the meat I would like not like to see single I was very dissatisfied with my service this is the second time this has happened to me and I don't know if I go back again or not thank you

I drove almost 2 hours to sheetz in Mansfield, PA today. I was assured my order was correct. When I arrived home, I was missing 3/4 of my order which totaled over $66. I am absolutely appalled that I drove that far and waited for 40 minutes for my order only to arrive with an incomplete order. Very displeased and disappointed. I have no plans of ever making the drive to this particular location again.

While traveling stopped at sheetz in Maryville pa. Got my food and back on the road to fund my ham and egg and cheese crisant was ice cold no attempt was made to warm any part of it. And the other one the sausage was incredibly spicy and was not able to eat it.

I made a special stop at Sheetz in Brownstown PA JUST for tacos and they were gone! Then I searched the nearest location and searched the menu at Ephrata- denied again! Why did you remove them? They're delicious and ALL i eat there. I tell every person I get the chance to tell that they're WAY better choice for tacos than Taco Bell. Please bring them back.

To whom ever this may concern. I have order a cheese steak sub from reedsville Sheetz on 10/05/2021, They put all the steak juice on the sub n it was nothing but soggy bread I ask for lite oil n vinegar n they put extra oil n vinegar on absolutely disgusted by Sheetz it's been like that the last couple times I have order wraps n subs from reedsville Sheetz.

I ordered food and they forgot the bacon that you have to pay extra for. They were talking about slugging around while making the food. The timers were going off and it was just 2 workers back there but only 2 orders needing to be made at that time. The worker Quinten gave me my food and said "sorry about the wait" but my food was burnt from the fryer and I had things missing because they were talking the whole time.

I ordered a cup of cheese with my pretzel and it was less than half full. I paid for it.

Ordered bagel with cream cheese at Sheetz in Emporium, Pa. Didnt open it until 5 min out of town heading to work at Coudersport hospital. There was next to no cream cheese on it. Only couple areas with very thin see through spots...rest was bare dry toast. I wanted to go back, but would have been late to work. I dont expect huge amount of cream cheese, but complete coverage of the toast... yes. Unable to eat. Very disappointed.

Ordered a salad with bacon, black olives, tomatoes, mild pepper rings, pickles, red onions, guacamole and oil and vinegar. Got no pickles or peppers. Spent $8 on a salad that wasn't even complete. Seems to be happening alot. Store wasn't even busy.

Ordered thru the drive thru, got to window and after waiting longer than usual, see 2 employees go past and not even look at drive thru window, so after waiting longer, just drove off and went to different store. The night staff there is terrible! I know complaining will do no good but it is getting ridiculus how long you have to wait for service at drive thru, at least someone walking by could at least ask if I was being helped.

I am currently standing in sheetz waiting on my food that I paid for at 1:21am it is now 1:50am and I still am waiting but they did cook my curly fries which have been sitting on counter for at least 20 minutes so I'm sure they are cold. Went to restroom no toilet paper in either stall trash all over floor and toilets have pee on them the coffee counters are dirty the floor is dirty. The fellas working are very nice and friendly but the service and times and quality are terrible.

I am in Joppatowne Maryland at sheetz on Pulaski highway. I ordered a simple pretzel an milk shake. They filled multiple peoples orders who had ordered after me. I had to wait 35 minutes for the 2 items I purchased. I know how sheetz works because I travel for work in many different states. It never goes this way. It should never go this way. I am quite angry. It is now 740pm & I went in the store at 7pm. They waited on all of their friends before filling my order. It is purely not satisfactory an failing to make a paying customers order.
